The Cottage is close to the shopping and restaurant district of 5th Ave. All amenities are within walking distance. It's a 10 min bike ride or a 5 min drive to the beach.
The backyard has water access (Gulf of Mexico), with dock for your small boat or jet skis. Boat, kayak, paddle board and jet ski rentals are steps away. Two bikes available for your use.
One bedroom has two twin beds suitable for kids and the other two bedrooms have queen beds.
Four adults and two children max please.
You will receive the key code to the house by email ahead of your arrival. If you have any questions or need assistance please call or text any time. House has washer & dryer for clothes, dish washer, fridge, stove, bbq, hair dryer, wireless printer, wifi internet, TV with HBO.

The two twin beds are suitable for children; adults will not be comfortable as the beds are quite small. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults, 2 children.
CANAL, DOCK & WATER ACCESS - **NOTE - the dock was damaged during hurricane Irma - PLEASE DO NOT USE**
Please avoid use of dock. Exercise extreme caution. No swimming, wading or diving in the canal for your own safety. There may be wildlife such as sharks or alligators in the water. The dock is old and not maintained so use is at your own risk. The yard is fenced but unlocked. For safety, you must monitor children, other guests and pets on property at all times, especially in backyard. The canal connects to the Gulf of Mexico then the Ocean.
LAUNDRY - There is a small building (off the main building) that houses a washer and dryer. Please feel free to use as needed. There is a key code (issued upon arrival) to access the laundry equipment. Please try to shake out any sand or debris prior to laundering to avoid damaging the equipment.
UTIL. SHED - The shed is locked and should remain off limits. Shed holds cleaning supplies and tools which could be harmful if accessed by children or inexperienced users. There is no need for visitors to perform maintenance so access is restricted.
SECURITY - There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the cottage to monitor the premises (including car port) for safety and security purposes. We ask that these cameras remain unhindered during your stay with us.
HOUSE ACCESS - The cottage has two main points of entrance; the front and the side doors, there is also a sliding glass door that will allow access to the backyard. The Side door is used as the primary entrance; this door uses a key code to lock/unlock. The code combo will be provided prior to arrival. The front door is not accessible by renters and will remained locked. The sliding door is only accessible from within the house, cannot be locked or unlocked from outside.
SMOKING - Please do NOT smoke inside the house. There is a screened patio in the backyard acceptable for smoking. Put any butts out safely by extinguishing in water before putting in outside garbage bins.
PETS - Please NO pets, I suffer from extreme pet allergies. An additional cleaning and service fee will be taken from the security deposit if evidence of any animals is found inside the house.
CLEANING - You are not required to clean the house before departing, all we ask is you leave the house in acceptable condition. Please inform us of any damaged or non-function items which need repair or replacement on the day you leave through the AirBnB website. Please ensure all appliances (stove, BBQ, tv etc) are turned off when you leave the house.
EMERGENCY - In the event of an emergency please contact the appropriate emergency services. in case of fire, (if the fire is controllable) there is a fire extinguisher under the sink. Otherwise, please exit all occupants via the closest exit (exits can be windows) and call 911 . The electrical panels (located on the back exterior wall) are locked. the key is available in the laundry room (on a rack hook). Access in the event of an emergency whereas the electricity needs to be disconnected ONLY. Please inform us of any emergencies when it is safe to do so by email/phone or through the AirBnB website.
No parties at the house of more than 6 people. If you want to have more than 6 people, please contact us through the AirBnB website to approve. Drinking of alcohol is permitted in safe amounts and according to local laws. No underage drinking on property please. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise level down. No loud music after 10pm please. Music is loud if it can be heard from fence line.

Use of the property is at your own risk and renting the Naples Cottage serves as agreement that you release owners from any and all liability. Breaking any of the preceeding rules may result in the loss of the damage waiver fee and negative feedback
