Michel-Olivier's niece Marie welcomed us in the apartment as he was away for the week. It's spacious for a Paris apartment, and still super cosy. We just loved Montmartre. The apartment is situated on the third flour without an elevator, but that was not a problem for us. Mind that the Boulevard de Rochechouart is a busy street so remember to bring your ear plugs. There are 2 fine bathrooms and the beds are comfy! The apartment is only at 15 minutes walking distance from Gare du Nord, and super close to the Sacré Coeur cathedral and metro station Anvers. We stayed here with 6 persons in 3 double beds, which was perfect. If you want go out for breakfast, I would recommend Coquelicot bakery at Rue des Abbesses, which serves super delicious and affordable breakfasts (all day!). We had a great 3-day stay in this apartment and I would definitely come back here.
