A very nice studio in the historic center of Amsterdam, the Jordaan!
Our studio is suitable for 2 adults, with or without max 2 children.
It is a perfect place to stay with your kids, we have lego, puzzles etc for them. And it is in a supersafe area, with a playground around the corner :-)
Our studio is available for 1, 2 or 3 adults, or 1 or 2 adults with 1 or 2 kids. Not for 4 adults. Please don't make a booking or a request if you want to come with more than 3 adults.
You will find the studio in the center of Amsterdam (the Jordaan) in a canal house at the ground floor. It is a one room studio of almost 40 m2.
We have one studio for guests so you don't share anything with other guests, you have total privacy.
It has a private bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchenette (with coffee/tea facilities, a fridge, a microwave), a hairdryer, wifi, ironing equipment, a double bed, a double sofa bed, a large dining table, a sitting corner with a sofa, toys for the kids (puzzles, lego etc), a flatscreen TV with a DVD player, telephone (and intercom), etc. It is a totally furnished studio to give you the feeling of a home of your own in Amsterdam.
The sofa bed is suitable for either 2 children or 1 adult. Not for 2 adults.
The studio is within walking distance of the Anne Frank House, Madame Tussauds, Dam Square, the famous nine streets and much more.

Smoking is not allowed inside! We do have a nice bench outside in front of the apartment where you can smoke everything you like :-)
Please be quiet after 10 pm, the neighbors might be asleep and need to work probably the next day. Also on the outside bench in front of the house.
the studio is only available for the guests who have rented it, no overnight stays with other people then registered.

Freshly made up beds and crispy towels (two per person) will be waiting for you upon arrival. This studio is suitable for children and baby's.
We do provide coffee and tea, but we don't serve breakfast. There are many supervise breakfast places nearby and supermarket and bakery's too.
We kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:
• Please keep noise levels down at all times, especially when you enter the apartment. Don’t forget you are sharing the building with others.
•Please do not accept packages in the mail addressed to the home owner. Only the home owner is allowed to do so.
•We will make sure the house is clean and ready for you when you check-in. Please leave it in a similar way when checking-out in order to avoid extra cleaning charges.
•No music after 22:00.
•Smoking and/or using drugs in the apartment and/or complex is strictly prohibited with a penalty fine up to €100. Please respect this.
•No additional guests are permitted to stay at the apartment without prior approval by the home owner.
•Please help us to respect the environment and turn off the lights and heating when not in use or if you leave the house.
•House parties are prohibited.
• Please only park your bike in a designated area and not directly in front of the apartment.
• Please remind yourself of our check-in and check-out times. These are after 15.00 and before 11.00 respectively.
• For a check-in time after 20.00 we charge €20 extra.
• Lost keys (and those you accidentally take with you once you’ve gone home) will be replaced for €100.
Hi! We are Niels and Greet. We live in a canal house in the Jordaan, in the center of Amsterdam.
The ground floor of our house is the apartment you can rent. We live upstairs with our daughter. Our son has moved out and is traveling.
Niels is a scientist and Greet is a visual artist.
We love art, traveling, food, meeting people.
