My 30th-floor loft is near Phahonyothin MRT, and Mochit BTS (Chatuchak Weekend Market), and 15mins from the Don Muang Airport. Great views, shopping, dining without the bustle of the city.. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the cosiness, the views & facilities, the sheer convenience to food, transport, and nightlife. It's probably the best location to experience Bangkok like a local. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
Hey there! Thanks for checking out my listing. In fact, I've previously stayed at 5 other units in this condo via Airbnb, fell in love with the location, the great gym and pool facilities, and jumped at the opportunity to buy a place on the 30th floor!
My unit is nicely renovated in grey-scale tones, with a comfy bespoke sofa for you to veg out on while watching cable channels on the large curved screen TV. I've invested in a plush, supportive bed for you to get your quality sleep, fur-rugs that you'll love to fun your feet along, plus thick, dark curtains to keep the light out if you're a late waker.
I actually do live in this apartment for a week or 2 each month, and as an online marketing professional, I've installed a fast internet connection so that in case you're here on business, you should have no troubles with downloading, uploading, or running web-conferences. Feel free to print your work documents on my printer if the need arises.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside of the apartment, and even the toilet. If the water sprinkler gets triggered from the smoke detector, you'll be liable for damages. You can however, smoke in the condo common areas. If you really must get an early morning or late night puff, you may do so in the balcony, with the sliding door closed - so that the bedroom doesn't catch any of the cigarette odour.
- If parking is required, do inform in advance when making your booking.
- No heavy cooking. Use of the stove to warm up soups or prepare infant food is fine. Please wipe down the cooking area after use.
- No loud music or banter in the balcony after 1030pm.
- Fine of 1500baht will be imposed for lost keys/keycard
- You're welcome to consume any product in the fridge
I'm a single dad with 2 kids aged 2 and 4. I travel mostly to Bangkok as I am pursuing a career as a recording artiste. Most of the time I travel alone due to busy schedules, but my kids do come along if it's their term break and if I've nothing important to attend. I'm highly active... and hence convenience to train station is a big consideration for me. I spend most of my time out, and when i'm in, it's just sleep, gym or swimming pool. I also teach Binary Options/ Forex Trading online, and hence apart from having a nice gym, my other criteria is a fast, stable internet connection to host my daily video conferences on. When I'm in Bangkok I typically try my best to sample as many locations as possible via AirBnb as I'm still trying to pick out a neighbourhood I like enough to buy my own condo in.
