My rooftop apartment is situated on a sunny and quiet side street -10 meters away- of Gouraud street in Gemmayze, the best and safest street in Beirut's downtown. Filled with art galleries, restaurants and beautiful architecture. Room fits two, has direct access to the XL terrace.

The house is very sunny and quiet. The terrace = perfect outdoors hangout in the city; where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a BBQ and a drink at night. The street has a village feel to it while being in the center of the capital.
The house is furnished with essentials, nothing too fancy or glittery.
If you're looking for luxury... wrong ad.
~NO LONG-TERM RENTAL, so please don't ask.
Disponible para huéspedes
access to the whole house, including the fully equipped kitchen.
Atención a los huéspedes
I will be around in case you need anything, we might go cruise around the country depending on my schedule.
I can order you a trusted taxi from the airport to the house to make your arrival smoother and hassle-free.
Otros aspectos destacables
24/7 electricity and super fast Internet, unfortunately a "luxury" in Lebanon
A sweet cat has decided that this is her house. She's clean, happy and loves humans, so since she's so cool, I kept her
If you have questions don't hesitate to contact me. We can always sort things out: check in, prices etc...
Negotiating prices is fine... But frankly, negotiation is an art and most of the time, people are really bad at it
All amenities (except lift), quality/price room, big comfortable bed, center of the city, you will most probably enjoy it
don't forget your sunblock cream
I give you a discount = bring a fruit tree for the terrace

Born and raised in Beirut, studied in France and Portugal, currently working as an independent consultant for museums and archives - art conservation. I am also a photographer, a music and cinema enthusiast. So if you're into arts, you've got a guide to the Lebanese art scene.
In my spare time, I like walking the city's small streets.
