Excelente ubicación, seguridad y una vista de cabo espectaculares, es muy espaciosa y está muy bien equipada, debo decir que le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a lo relacionado con el sistema de agua ya que no hay presión de agua en la cocina y baños El area de la alberca y áreas comunes del condominio está perfectas para pasar la tarde. Desafortunadamente también debo comentar que Johnatan, el administrador tiene una pésima comunicación, no está pendiente de los detalles que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia, es muy difícil que te conteste una llamada y por mensaje su respuesta siempre es, "claro yo lo checo" y no se vuelve a comunicar. Yo vivo en Cabo pero rente la casa ya que mi familia estuvo de visita y queríamos pasar la Navidad en un lugar más espacioso, el último día nos quedamos sin agua, le pedimos a Johnatan que nos mandara una pipa y nos comentó que si queríamos teníamos que pagar la pipa (mi familia solo necesitaba bañarse antes de salir al aeropuerto por qué debíamos pagar la pipa si el agua es un servicio básico con el cual debe contar la casa) no quisimos discutir mas al respecto e hicimos el check out. En general la estancia fue buena, la pasamos muy bien con la familia, Gracias Martin!

De forma general nuestra experiencia en la casa de Martin fue muy buena, su casa es bonita, cómoda y espaciosa. Las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado lo que nos permitió disfrutar sin complicaciones nuestra estancia en Los Cabos. Tanto Martin como Jonathan (Administrador) fueron muy atentos con nosotros, estuvieron pendientes de procurarnos indicaciones incluso antes de nuestra llegada. A nuestro arribo Jonathan ya nos estaba esperando para entregarnos llaves. El fraccionamiento en el que se encuentra la casa es muy tranquilo, tiene acceso controlado y cuenta con una alberca de buen tamaño para disfrutar momentos de relax. La ubicación de la casa también es buena, a unos 10 minutos en coche de Playa El Medano y cerca de 1 supermercado y tiendas para comprar comida.

We loved Martins home it was very spacious, close to all the beaches, restaurants & night life. He would check in with me periodically to make sure everything was going ok. The home was very clean. I would definitely rent his home if I ever come back to Cabo!!

The Spielberg house is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. It's located only 10 minutes away from the Marina and nearby beaches. We could see The Arch from the balcony. The neighborhood is cute, small, and secluded. The house was very clean and neat. Great deal, I will definitely return.

Hate to leave this kind of review but we did try to discuss with the owner before posting and all efforts were pointless. The owner lives in Canada, and although responsive, there was only so much he could do from there and his manager in Cabo was completely useless. This property is in a very nice complex; we decided to rent there because we have family living in that same complex and it was very convenient. As we walked in on Thursday, the house was very hot so we tried to turn on the AC ASAP but all remotes had rusted batteries and we couldn't. While trying to reach the manager, we decided to unpack and found out closet doors in 2 out of 3 rooms were either broken or swollen so we could not even open them. We then proceeded to inspect the whole house and here is the list of "difficulties" immediately found as well as those accumulating over the following 24 hrs. -No toilet paper (although someone dropped it off later that night. Manager said it was supposed to be provided, owner says no) -No TV (someone came Saturday afternoon to fix it and it did not work until Saturday night, 3 full days later) -No Wifi, which was a huge inconvenience. We're all business owners and this was something very important for us. It is advertised with wifi, but it never worked and was never fixed. Signal there is terrible so we had to go to other places or my family's to use theirs and get some work done. -Dirty house. Whoever cleans this place has no clue. Hair on the drains, everything you can imagine under the beds, yellow marks in toilets showing they are not regularly cleaned,... -Cistern ran out of water after only 3 people showered. Since the manager was not able to assist us because he was busy, we had to contact the owner who sent a pipe expecting us to pay for it. When we declined, someone magically dropped off the money for it (like the toilet paper). -Friday morning, we decided to cook breakfast and roaches on the pans, cutlery was dirty, blender beyond disgusting, and no way to wash anything since there was no dish soap provided either. Needless to say, we did not eat there at all resulting in more expenses since the plan was to not eat all our meals out. Long story short, the communication between owner and manager is terrible. Manager flat out lies to the owner telling him, everything works, cistern has water and house is clean when none of this is true. He even told him we had an appointment and also met and we never saw the guy until Saturday (after the big complaints). His excuse was always the same "wifi is down in all Cabo, Cabo shuts off water..." he talks about Cabo like if it was an abandoned ran down town with no reliable services and we know that's not...

Well as per my review of the client: They were trouble from the very beginning, 2 hours late meeting the Manager. 8 people, not 6 as per the agreement, demanding toilet paper and soaps etc, which in the ad it is stated twice that it is not supplied. I asked the Manager to bring some paper to make them happy, he is aware that it is not supplied as we never have before. The house was actually very clean at checkin, not so much at checkout (guests obviously had bad attitudes and did not respect anything, so why clean up after themselves). In regard to roaches, dirty pans,dirty blender etc., this is all cleaned at checkout by the maid even if it is not used by previous clients, the house is fumigated every 3 months not the regular 6 months, to ensure there are no issues with the 'Mexican friends' as we call them. We stay in the house personally every 4 months for our own vacations and have Never had a cockroach in the home, so this I believe is something made up by them. Several appointments were made between the clients and the Manager, of which times were specifically stated by the clients to meet; Manager shows up on time and they are No Where to be found, but will (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) him to apologize, again something I believe is made up. I have had the same Manager for going on 4 years, and have never had any issues or complaints with or about him, just this time.....judge for yourself!! I strongly recommend these people to stay in a 5 star All inclusive resort, with Maid and Butler to be at their sides 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week, as this May make them Happy (Not). (URL HIDDEN) Thanks for your time, as with anything in Life, There is always 1 out of a crowd that is Not Happy, unless they make Life miserable for someone else...This is definitely the case!!!!
