Located on the road that runs along the shore on the Piedmont side of Lake Maggiore not far from the Swiss border, near Ghiffa, you can take leave at this hidden waterfront home. Created in the late 1980 out of an old mill by one of Italians most acclaimed architects. Build with blocks of local granite in the early 19th. century, the house is one of the least conspicuous buildings overlooking the lake. A very private space, adopting an effortlessness attitude and often with an almost marine sky
The Studio contains 2 rooms. The bed room is furnished with a queen-size double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chair and a wardrobe. The fireplace room is furnished with a daybed, lounge-chair, coffee table, marble fireplace and a Smart TV with local channels. Next to the rooms is a comfortable private bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
The window-door opens onto the lake with a covered terrace created underneath the roof hanging, with ample furniture, hammock and a price less view of the lago.

Otros aspectos destacables
Il Dolce far Niente or ‘the sweetness of doing nothing,’ but it’s so much more than that. It’s sheer indulgent relaxation and blissful laziness, with no guilt, for no reason at all. Dining, sunbathing, and marveling at beautiful nature.
- Or exploring great cultural sites, local markets, National Parks, mountains and so much more!
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, there is ample outdoor space to smoke.
I think my lake-shore home reflects and describes me best.
Deliberately and openly adopting an easy going attitude, typical of someone at the height of his maturity and traveled practically around the world. The Italian language has a good, old-fashioned word to express this naturalness - that comes not from nature but from study, indicating the need for art, ability and mastery to remain concealed rather than conceitedly display themselves: SPREZZATURA, effortlessness.
