Hello! This is not a sublease, but instead you would be re-renting the apartment and taking over our lease as tenants. Our contract would be voided and the new tenant would sign a new agreement with management and NOT us as previous tenants. We plan to move out by July 15 and thus your move-in date can be negotiable to a earlier time if necessary. We are moving due to relocation of jobs.
