We are a retired couple and the original owners of this house built 43 years ago. It is a 4 level split house, therefore it has 7 stairs to each level. It is a comfortable, welcoming family home, that is close to the C-train & is only 20 minutes to downtown. We love to host & meet new people from around the world. We have made many friends, world-wide, from our 34 yrs of hosting international students & guests.

The room was exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable. The room, bathroom, and house was very clean. The backyard was peaceful and inviting...I never even felt I was staying in the city of Calgary as the city noise was not noticeable and I'm from small town Saskatchewan…

Violet and her hubby are the epitome of hospitality. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. We had a vehicle and her place is very convenient to major routes throughout Calgary. Will definitely book again.

We loved our stay with Violet. She was super friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The house was a beautiful and quiet and the room was very clean. We will definitely be staying with her again and strongly recommend her place.
