112 acre Ranch located 30miles (50 min) S. of Pagosa Springs on the San Juan River, w/ 1/4 mile both sides of river for fly fishing. The farm house is the heart of the ranch w/ log beam accents and large covered porch w/ grill. The guest room is in barn loft w/ full bathroom below, barn is right next to the house. We offer the getaway for horse lovers, nature enthusiasts or for anyone wanting to experience being "in the middle of nowhere". If good weather, Boat and Trailer parking on premises.
