There is a gas bbq on one of the second floor balconies that you can also use. The dishwasher is a pullout that you attach to the kitchen sink faucet. There is a 58 inch flat screen tv with surround sound system to stream Netflix, a yamaha piano and an electric yamaha drum kit (with headphones) that you can also use.

Guests can access coin operated laundry (washer and drier) in the basement ($1.25 per load). There is a shared backyard with patio furniture and tables that's also accessible. Parking for one car is also available.

Either myself, David, or my wife, Katrina, will greet you and give you a tour of the place. We'll be living in the first floor apartment during your visit. We'll give you our cell phone numbers if you need to contact us if, for whatever reason, we are not there.

The apartment is a family space during the non-summer months. We pack up and clear out most of our items, but there are areas where we keep toys and where we proudly display their art work. The house has new windows and sound proofing between floors. Streetcars do pass by the front but the noise is minimal.
Since this is our family home for the non-summer months, we expect visitors to respect it as such. Our daughter is highly allergic to animals so they aren't permitted. This is also a non-smoking environment; however, there are three decks that you can smoke on if you wish.
