The picture have been updated before they made the booking, so I assume they saw the updated the picture already. The difference between the pictures is that we re-arranged our furnitures and there are bit more everyday thing on the table, just like everyone's home! I can assure you its just like the picture, no difference at all.
They booked for one person, but came two. I have to prepare for the two of them at very last minute because I origially prepared for one guest only. During their stay, they text me, 4.30in the morning said there is smoke smell in their room, and they said it is FROM THE ROOM, so they couldnt get it out even if they open the window and they want me to give them refound under the table. None of us smoke, neither me, my boyfriend or my roommate, so I asked them if it is the smell of cigarette, because none of us smoke. They then said is from OUTSIDE ans only appear in the middle of the night. I refuse to go under the table, and suggest them to close the window if it is from outside, they rudely reply, I don't think you understand me, thats it.
I feel so bad for offer them my best hospitality. We prepared Chinese milk tea and chocolate, double clean the bedroom before their arrival and tried our best to make them feel home. I guess my apartment is a little like sharehouse, because we do have roommate, and it is not a hotel. If you expect it to not be like share house then you should not book a room that clear stated you will be sharing living room and kitchen with our roommate.
