My apartment is situated on the River Clyde beside the iconic Arc Bridge few minutes walk from the SECC, the Hydro, the BBC and STV.
There is plenty of restaurants, dining and shops. You'll love my place because of the views and the location close to Glasgow City centre and has free lock-fast underground parking.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, concert goers and business travellers.
Positioned the ground floor there is a ramp for wheel chairs and video controlled entry.

Elaine, la anfitriona, estuvo muy pendiente de nuestra llegada ofreciéndonos su ayuda en todo momento. Charlie, su marido, nos recibió muy bien dando las explicaciones necesarias de la casa, calefacción, garaje, Wi-fi etc.. e incluso dejo algo para el desayuno del dia siguiente. Localización perfecta para acceder al Open (Royal Troon) y al centro de glasgow también. Apartamento situado en una nueva área emblemática de Glasgow con museos modernos y un par de restaurantes italianos bastante buenos

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment of modern design, full set of amenities in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. The bedrooms were quite big for the UK standards, very cosy and with comfortable beds. We particularly appreciated the availability and comfort of the two big bathrooms, as we were 2 couples traveling together. Another asset of this place was the underground car park, conveniently accessible from the apartment. Although we didn't have the chance to meet our host, Elaine, as we arrived late in the evening, she did provide exhaustive instructions for check-in and parking, which were very helpful indeed. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area less than 2 miles away from the city centre. We went downtown by car though (as we found it a bit cold and far away to walk there at night). Very good value for money!

The scaffolding which is on the balcony and not the front of my flat was communicated to this guest as soon as he booked. There was no issues with noise it would have been impossible anyway as they stayed on a Sunday. The scaffolding is only up on the balcony so that work men can access a different part of the building. It will be down as soon as possible.

The good: Stunning flat, We particularly liked the clever decor - with one room being neutral, and one girl (for me ). Great location, close to SECC concert venue, and also the famous Grand ol Oprey, and trendy O2 Academy. The iconic Squinty Bridge is right outside & you are walking distance from Finnieston - which has become Glasgow's newest and trendiest eating/drinking areas, and a short walk Glasgow city centre itself. The apartment is also just a short stroll from a Tesco on Paisley Road West for essentials, and a mini Sainsbury's at Finnieston. If you have a car, there is a free parking spot provided and there is a large ASDA supestore a short drive away. The flat is close to all main motorway links, which I found super helpful, and also a 5 to 10 minute drive from both Braehead and Silverburn shopping centres. Glasgow's city centre shopping is great, and I found myself simply walking over the clydeside bridge, which was easy to access. Took the hassle out of parking in town. Despite being next to the trendiest nightspots in town, the flat itself was secluded and private ad in a sort of culdesac, so even families could stay here. It's ideal for exploring the city and for going to local gigs etc. Cessnock underground is close by, as is Dumbreck railway station and Glasgow central. I was visitng Glasgow as someone who used to live there and grew up there, so this flat was ideal for me. I dined out at the local Thai Siam, which does exceptional Thai food, along with the Finnieston, where my friends and I had terrific seafood and wine. The host: Friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us TBH. Exquisite complementary toiletries from an orgnic shop in Oban where a lovely touch, as was the local Tunnocks caramel wafers and mini whisky! I actually went online and tried to order the toiletries when I got home, lol. A late checkout was granted on request and much appreciated due to the wine the night before :) Would I return? Absolutely! Thank you Elaine x

Apartment is conveniently located near the SECC. If weather permits, location allows for a nice short walk to the conference center. There are however limited restaurants and grocery stores around. The apartment itself is equipped with everything one might need for a stay, beds are comfortable. It is also very clean. Communicating with Elaine was very easy and they made our late arrival no big deal at all.

Hi Jeannette thank you for your review however it is inaccurate to suggest there is limited restaurants and grocery stores around. They are a short walk away. Apologies for not communicating this to you. There is a 24 tesco mini market five/ten minute walk away it is on Paisley Road West near the junction of Govan Road. Turn left out the flat and keep walking till you are on Paisley Road West and you will see it to your left. I tend to avoid the bars in Paisley Road West but there is a very nice highly rated Italian called La Fiorentina 476 TripAdvisor reviews 2 Paisley Road, Kinning Park, Glasgow · (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Also India Quay Restaurant (URL HIDDEN) Lansfield Quay, 181 Finnieston Street, West End, Glasgow G3 8HE is very nice and is just over the bridge. Bars There is a multitude of bars and Restaurants in Argyll Street a ten minute walk away. Head over the bridge and up Finnieston Street at the top turn left. Literally there is scores of pubs cafes shops markets to suit every taste. It is a 10 minute walk.

This was a great place to stay in Glasgow and is within walking distance of the Hydro/SECC which is very handy. The apartment was stunning and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elaine was a fantastic host and I would highly recommend staying here when in Glasgow.
