'Cliff House' holiday home occupies the top floor of the waterfront positioned house (duplex on Bannisters Head) with sensational views over the rocks and out to the water, north and south down the coastline. Enter via the front stairs to a large front balcony with front entrance into a fully equipped kitchen- with Nspresso coffee machine (pods provided but feel free to bring more of your favourites), oven, large fridge, microwave and plenty of cooking equipment & great selection of cook books.
The kitchen adjoins the lounge / dining room, decorated 'all white' with a coastal theme, fabulous dining space, oversized 'MCM House' sofa in the lounge area with TV/DVD player, board games and UE Boom music speaker (Bluetooth access through your ipod). This space opens to the north-east facing balcony, great for morning sunshine with outdoor dining table, ocassional butterfly chairs/relaxation area and Weber BBQ. This balcony gives access to the laundry and side of the house (with clothes line, exclusive use of the laundry with washing machine and dryer and outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach).
The main bedroom offers a queen size bed, wardrobe and opens to the balcony with views out to the ocean.
The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, wardrobe and opens to the balcony with views out to the ocean.
The third bedroom offers 2 single beds and an annex with sofa and DVD screen TV ideal for the kids to watching movies at night. This bedroom also has a ensuite with shower/basin and wc and west facing balcony.

LINEN IS NOT provided. Linen hire (queen or single sheets/bath towels/teatowels/towels/bathmats etc) can be arranged through the local company Aroma Clean Living (URL HIDDEN) if you do not wish to bring your own. Please note beds are not to be slept in without linen and the sofas are not to be used for additional guests.
Just remember your beach towels if you decide to hire linen!
The main bathroom has a shower and basin with spacious vanity. The wc is separate to the main bathroom. Please note there is not a full size bath in the house however the base of the 2 showers are big enough for bathing babies or small children.
White wash timber floors, vaulted ceilings, loads of natural light and large picture windows are the stand out features internally but it is the view (with regular dolphin and whale shows out the front) that captivates you from the minute you arrive.
There is a car space available at the bottom of the stairs right of the driveway and street parking is very easy given Cliff Avenue is a cul de sac location on the northern headland of Mollymook Beach with a reserve opposite (great for adventures, walk to the look out south to Ulladulla Lighthouse and a bush track that takes you down to North Mollymook Beach). The property is a short walk to Bannisters/Rick Steins and the Bannisters Pool Bar/Day Spa.
If the available dates do not suit you @pocketlodgeulladulla 'Pocket Lodge' Ulladulla (5 minutes drive south of Mollymook) may also be available and is featured on Airbnb.

Guests enjoy the entire top floor (floorpan posted under photos) and have access to the side of the house to utilise the laundry (which belongs to Unit 1) and the clothes line.
Use of the garden is also permitted to gain access to the rocks and waterfront for some whale watching!

BOOKING Minimum two night stay-offer excludes NSW school holidays and public holiday periods.
CLEANING FEE of $170 applies to each stay, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the property is not left in a respectful manner and the House Rules followed with regards particularly to garbage, BBQ and coffee machine cleaning.
SERVICE FEE is charged by Airbnb on all stays, and is automatically calculated when you make your booking. This is based on a % of the total booking cost. Please note that as hosts we do not receive this fee.

LINEN IS NOT supplied. AROMA CLEAN LIVING can arrange packages of linen including sheets and pillowcases/bath towels/bathmats etc so please enquire. You will also need to provide your own beach towels. Doonas, pillows & blankets are available to use as well as basic condiments and toiletries.

GOING OUT I would highly recommend making bookings at restaurants and the Day Spa's ahead of time.
Excessive noise is not tolerated in the neighbourhood. It is a residential area and neighbours are close by (including Unit 2 downstairs) so we ask that you be respectful during your stay.
No more than 6 occupants in the house. Additional guests will not be approved during your stay.
Please read our reviews to get a sense of the cleanliness and standard of this property. We ask that you respect the property during your stay and on your departure by removing garbage, cleaning the BBQ, cleaning the coffee machine, returning furniture etc to its place, placing DVD and board games into their correct covers and removing all your belongings.
Excess cleaning & garbage charges will otherwise apply.
A reminder that we DO NOT SUPPLY ANY LINEN so you must bring all your linen (including fitted/flat sheets/pillowcases/bath towels, bath mats/beach towels etc) or arrange to hire this locally (ask for details). The sofas are not for sleeping on overnight and additional guests will not be approved post booking. We want your stay to be enjoyable and overbooking will not ensure this.
