The Kailua-Kona Coast has the most colorful and spectacular pink, lavender, and orange sunsets in Hawaii. Maybe you’ll be lucky and spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset, as the sun dips behind the horizon. You can watch the incredible Kona sunsets right from one of the decks or the lanai, as well as the cruise ships, para-sailing, whales and dolphins.

The Kailua-Kona Historical Village is a short walk from Mermaid Manor. The Village is very quaint, with lots of charm and good shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find in the Village and nearby are: beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing…Just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. There is so much to do to stay active, or you can do nothing and just lounge on the beach.

Check-in Checkout: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 3pm on the day and date indicated on part one. No early check-in is permitted in order to allow ample cleaning time. TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check out day.
NOISE and NEIGHBORS: Property is located in a residential neighborhood and the homes are in close proximity. In consideration of the neighbors, no loud noise or music is permitted at any time. Please turn off outdoor lights at night when guests no longer need them for safety.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: No housekeeping services are provided during rental period, however housekeeping arrangements can be arranged with the manager at renter expense. Fully-made bed linens are provided, as well as a complete set of bath and beach towels. An extra set of bed linens and bath towels is provided in each bedroom/bathroom.
PLUMBING: Please use the kitchen garbage can for non-dissolvable foods rather than the sink disposal. Renters clogging the septic system will be charged for the plumbing repair. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the toilets. Trash bins are provided in each bathroom.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A reservation deposit is required. This must be received prior to booking the reservation.
•No damage is done to property or contents.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•No charges are incurred due to any rentals or services during your stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in appropriate containers, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and turned on to clean.
•All keys are left on the table in front entry and property is left locked. Any charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Pacific Breeze Properties.
