Access to Condo is by a Key Lock safe which is attached to the meter box in carport at the Front of the House. You just dial the Code in and turn the button and key safe opens. A key for the house is inside safe. When you leave please place key back into the key lock safe box. This key accesses all external doors except sliding door in activity room.

Port Denison is 3hrs 40mins (360kms) drive from Perth it has Beautiful beaches that are within walking distance of Cozzys Condo, plenty of walking trails, 4WD, Fishing and tourist attractions.
Greenough Hamlet is about a half an our drive and the views up and down Australias Coral Coast are spectacular.
Terms and Conditions:
•The Owner takes no responsibility for descriptions of the property advertised on the web, brochures or any other written material, or verbal information given by the Owner or associates.
•All bed linen and towels provided. Guests are responsible for their own beach towels.
•Well behaved Pets allowed outside only and a $20 one off fee applies.
•Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security. Do not leave appliances running if property is unattended this includes air conditioning units, Do not run the air conditioning with doors and windows open.
•Smoking is not permitted indoors if smoking outdoors please pick up all butts and dispose of carefully, an extra cleaning fee may apply if butts are left behind.
•BBQ is provided for the enjoyment of guests. Please clean after each use, and leave a thin layer of oil on the plate after the last use. There is a refill service available at both Hardware store and most service stations.
•All due care should be taken when utilising balcony, railings area and stairs. Do not stand on or hang over railings. Keep children supervised at all times.
•The number of Guests occupying the property for the holiday must NOT exceed the number specified on the Booking. If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests, the Owner/Associate must be informed immediately. If approval is given for a change of guests, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest.
•The Owner/Associate takes no responsibility for Guests’ personal property left on the premises or personal injury howsoever caused. Upon vacating, please ensure you have left nothing behind
•The Owner/Associate will accept no responsibility for any inconvenience with machinery breakdown. The Owner/Associate best endeavours to repair, replace or hire an alternative will be undertaken.
•Please note that in the event that the property is damaged in a malicious way or beyond reasonable wear and tear or property is taken or lost during the course of stay, COZZYS CONDO owners reserves the right to charge a reasonable cost for the replacement/repair of the item/s to the Guest. The Guest acknowledges that any costs associated with the above, caused by you or your invitees are required to be made by cash or direct deposit at time of departure.
•It is the responsibility of the Guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. This means that guests must wash and put away crockery, glass wear & cooking utensils, empty dishwasher, remove all foodstuff from the refrigerator; properly dispose of rubbish in bins provided, put away books and toys, sweep up excess dirt and sand on the floors. Pick up and dispose of Pets doings.
•The garbage bin is collected on THURSDAY. Please place bin on Carnarvon Street verge with handle facing property.
•On vacating the premises the keys are to be left in the Key Safe.
•Tariff charges are subject to change without notice. Tenants will be given the opportunity to pay the increase or obtain a full refund.
•Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid. Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the neighbours and local community.
•The property is strictly not available to school-leavers or high school students.
•It is the responsibility of Guests to read all terms and conditions prior to booking.
