Vicarage, Dartmouth Hilltops is one of four privately owned apartments situated at the top of Dartmouth Hill in a quiet, mainly residential area just a brief ten-minute walk from the thriving historical town of Dartmouth. Newly built (completed 2016) and designed without compromise in mind, Vicarage benefits from light, airy and spacious interiors and all appliances have been fitted to the latest high specification. Vicarage is a 2 bedroom duplex apartment with double bedroom on the ground floor (with separate wc and wash hand basin) and the second bedroom (with bunks sleeping two children) is situated on the first floor. The living room has ceiling mounted speakers, driven by a wall mounted amplifier that can be connected to your phone/ipad etc. The separate bathroom contains a contemporary shower bath, concealed thermostatic shower mixer, wall mounted sink with waterfall tap, chrome towel rail, electric underfloor heating and an integrated radio with ceiling speakers and controlled by a slim digital remote. Vicarage boasts a private, reserved and guaranteed off-road (on-site) parking space for our customers.

There is a security key box located to the side of the building - this access code will be provided upon confirmation of the booking. There is also a communal outdoor space within the complex itself which visitors are very welcome to use, but if you have dogs with you, please do respect others if using this space. (Due to the astroturf surface, please 'exercise' your dogs elsewhere - thank you.)

I've been running a B&B (Channel View Guest House) in Stoke Fleming, Dartmouth for twelve years and am proud to be adding this beautiful new apartment at Dartmouth Hilltops to my little empire. B&B isn't for everyone and I understand that some customers will prefer the independence that self-contained accommodation gives them. I think Vicarage will 'tick all the boxes' - you will have the freedom and privacy to enjoy your holiday to its full potential, whilst knowing that I am only a short distance away and on-hand to help if you have any questions or problems (though I am confident, there won't be problems) :-) Because I live locally, I am only a phone call away so please don't hesitate to contact me should you need to.
No smoking in the apartment please. Please contact us or read our Terms and Conditions on our website regarding dogs. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 x people (we can't accept further people I'm afraid.) Please leave Vicarage in a clean and tidy condition as found (we really don't want to request funds from the £100 security deposit for cleaning/damage unless we absolutely have to) - thank you.
