You are welcome to use the washer and dryer while you are here.
We have two friendly, mostly outdoor cats who are allowed in and out during the day, and spend their nights outdoors. Typically the cats are allowed in all the rooms in the house, but if you prefer they are not in the room during your stay, feel free to shut the door and they will leave you alone.
2-night minimum rental.
We would like to have guests who are kind to my home, my cats, and us! We ask that guests not smoke indoors (cigarettes of any sort) and don't allow additional pets at this time. We would also ask that you load your dishes into the dishwasher. Thank you!

Married to Cindy for 38 years. Also, we've lived in Eugene for 38 years. Cindy is a retired Elementary teacher. We love to travel and discover new off-the map places and explore new cultures and art. I enjoy watercolor painting in my spare time. Like movies, art, small festivals, books and music. We have two twenty-something daughters and two cats (who DON'T travel with us). We enjoy the simple things in life and are not extravagant in our tastes or lifestyles.
