The front enters you into a open space that has the dining, kitchen and living areas all in one HUGE space. The dining table can hold 10 people plus the kitchen island another 4 for dining and the kitchen is stocked full of anything needed for 12 people and has amenities such as granite counter-tops, gas range, and all new stainless steel appliances.
There is a small working area below the steps to plan for the night on the town!
The back of the house features a large, private sunken living room with a large flat-screen TV and access to the patio.
Our house sleeps up to 12 guests between 4 bedrooms (plus an sleeping room with a two full size beds). The Master has a king-sized bed and 42-inch TV, plus access to a high-end master bath with dual quartz vanity and tile walk-in shower with rainfall shower-head. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms each have queen beds, and the extra sleeping room has 2 double beds. There is a futon couch and a long couch in the living room.
The outdoor space is a patio under a pergola that includes a brand new conversation set and brand new cookout grill with 6-burners!
There is parking for 2 cars in the rear but street parking is abundant any day on our quiet street.

Nashville now requires permits for short term vacation rental properties for the protection of all consumers. We can send you the Permit Number upon request.
Check-in time is 3PM. Checkout time is 11AM.
*Guest that books the reservation must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period - please contact for exceptions.
*NO PARTIES, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed.
* NO SMOKING is allowed in or around any property.
* The neighborhood has a noise ordinance against loud noise after 11:00 p.m. on weekdays and after midnight on weekends.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TVs, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
