This fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment rests on the 2nd floor with lift facility, car parking and 24 hour security services. The apartment has 2 bedrooms which are air-conditioned with modern amenities and can accommodate maximum 6 guests with extra mattress. The property comes with an infinity pool that is just 2-3 minutes’ walk away from the apartment block. It is not next to the pool or does not have a sea-facing view.
The apartment has a spacious, airy living area that comes with a sofa set that easily seats 3-5 persons. The living area opens to a balcony with a great view of the pristine greenery from here.
The Dining area is complete with a dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen has amenities which include: fridge, micro-wave, an induction plate and as water purifier. Basic cutlery is also provided. Kitchen is meant ideally for re-heating properties.

There is a shared infinity swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests. Swimming Pool Dress Code (swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies) is mandatory.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
