We take guest comments seriously and have looked into the concerns you have raised regarding the apartment, with the aim to rectify any evident issues. In regards to the meet and greet service for your arrival, my colleague was at the property waiting for yourselves for 45minutes and attempted to contact the number on file to enquire if you were still arriving and what time, but he was unable to get hold of yourselves on the telephone number provided. We do wish we would have had the opportunity to meet and welcome your family and offer reassurance to your wife in regards to her concerns of the side gate entrance.
