This first floor unit is located on a quiet street just off of Broadway. We are located less than one mile from numerous Providence destinations, including the Convention Center, the Dunkin Donuts Center, and Providence Place Mall.
In minutes you can dine with the locals at a number of popular eateries such as Julian's, Nick's on Broadway, Classic Café, the Grange, Kitchen, Providence Oyster Bar, Siena, Venda Ravioli, and AS220. Visitors enjoy shopping at the Providence Place Mall, Queen of Hearts, and the nation's oldest indoor shopping mall, the Arcade Providence. Entertainment venues include the Dunkin Donuts Center, the Showcase Cinemas at Providence Place, the Providence Performing Arts Center, Trinity Repertory Company, RISD Museum, Cable Car Cinema, the Children's Museum, and the world-famous WaterFire. Regarding parking, The City of Providence technically does not allow overnight on-street parking. Daily on-street parking is available on the odd-numbered (opposite) side of our street, and you may also park one vehicle on the street overnight by using the visitor's parking pass hanging up near the front door of the apartment. Guests with more than one vehicle would need to utilize one of many downtown parking facilities within a mile of the unit, and then take a short taxi or Uber ride.
The entire building was fully renovated in 2015-2016. As shown in the pictures, the hardwood floors are beautiful! To keep them that way, we would ask that guests remove their shoes and leave them by the door whenever possible. Please be respectful of the upstairs tenants and neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside or around the property. Also, no pets allowed (we have very allergic children - sorry!)
