Very private. Concierge provided by the landowner's Personal Assistant. All guests get the opportunity to see the horses graze on the upper pasture and also can pet and feed our famous mascot Peaches the mini donkey!! Tons of parking, VERY safe as you are in a gated home. Easy access to anywhere as you are on the major artery running up to Denver and I-25 (University) and also one straight shot to the DTC area. One mile from Southglenn which is a Mecca for shopping and dining. Walk up the hill in under ten minutes to Trader Joes, TJ Maxx, Starbucks, Pancake House, the neighborhoods best kept secret (Cherry Crest Seafood), Chinese Reflexology etc. Steps from the Highline Canal, which is absolutely teeming with nature and is a quiet respite from the city. Sorry due to insurance reasons we NO LONGER ALLOW ACCESS to the pool on the adjacent property.

Please no parties. Dinner parties are permitted with prior consent. Smoking is permitted on the grounds but NOT INSIDE the home please.
Please leave the home as you found it as a courtesy. If the home looks as it did when you moved in, you can expect 5 star reviews.
Please turn off lights and AC units when away from the home.
Dogs okay, and maybe even a horse or 2 permitted!
