Original 1916 home completely renovated in 2012 retains the charm of the original but with full and extensive renovations and updates throughout.
Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, a parlor area and is an entire floor with its own bathroom. There is even an extra full size futon on the top floor and basement bedroom for kids. It's like a hotel in that the floor is secure and has a living area and bath etc. The top floor fold out futon is in the parlor area of that floor so it can be closed off and made private.
Just yards from downtown restaurants and shops it is not "near" downtown it is located INSIDE central downtown. Great for conferences as its 2 blocks from the Sheraton Hotel, a 2 min walk to Water Street and the harbor, 8 min walk to Delta Hotel and Convention Center area (mile 1). It is adjoining Gower street and a 1 min walk to Duckworth. House is located in the best side of downtown which is very central yet quiet. George street is 9 min walk, close enough but far enough that you won't be woken up by foot traffic at 4 am. Again you do not need a car as all downtown can be walked to.
Great for families and there is a public playground 50 meters from the door at the school. Includes all sheets, towels, dishes, cookware, utensils etc.

Please email ANY damage IMMEDIATELY as the house is in 10/10 condition there are no scrapes, tears, stains etc. think of it as a rental car. We try to keep everything perfect for you.
You are expected to CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF! The cleaning service makes the beds, cleans the bathrooms, does the floors.
However you need to:
- Remove sheets from bed and stick them in laundry
- Throw out your trash
- Do your dishes and put them in the dishwasher
- Remove your food and dispose of it from the fridge
- Take your cigarette butts from the outside and throw them out. Do not leave a pile
- Return the parking pass or be fined $500 as the pass ca not (unfortunately) be replaced.
If the cleaners spend more than 6 man/hours cleaning then you start paying $20 per man hour over that. You don't have to make it perfect but you need to be respectful.
