It's an 800 meter (or yards) walk to the V&A Waterfront. Our apartment is a very comfortable 1 bedroom unit with secure parking. There are many cafes and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Our guests love the location and comfy apartment.
The apartment is compact and finished to a high standard. The apartment offers great value from a location and price point of view. If you are looking for a comfy stay with easy access to the V&A Waterfront and city, this is a great choice.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of cupboard space.
The open-plan kitchen has all the amenities you would expect to find in a self catering kitchen.
The lounge area opens out onto a small balcony overlooking a tree-lined street.
The bathroom is modern and has a bath with overhead shower.
We have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom.

We typically meet and greet guests at the apartment, but we do offer a self check-in option too. We are contactable by phone, text or email should you need anything. There's a friendly 24-Hour Security / doorman in the building.
We are Cape Town locals and can advise you on the best attractions and activities in Cape Town and surrounding areas, including Franschhoek.
There is a detailed guidebook in the apartment with information and recommendations. There are plenty of tourism brochures in the apartment.

We have a fold up camp cot for an infant (6 months to 2 years). There is a foam mattress with a mattress protector and foam pillow with pillowslip. We don't provide any linen or blankets for the camp cot, please bring your own. We don't have a bassinet, please bring your own if needed.
Maximum of 2 guests allowed and one infant (under 2 years). This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please abide by the building rules which are posted inside the apartment.
Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 10pm on weekdays and on weekends.
No parties or "gatherings" please. This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please report any damage related to the premises to us within 24 hours of occupation or occurrence.
Keep us informed of your expected arrival time. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us in advance. Either we will meet and greet you on arrival or one of our lovely housekeepers will be there to meet you. There is also an easy self check-in option.
We ask that guests who are arriving later than 9pm check themselves in. Our apartment is fully set-up for self check-in and it's super easy. Our guests regularly check themselves into our apartment, so we are well prepared and our instructions are easy and clear. Some of our guests prefer it :) Please let us know if you'll be checking in late and we will send you the self check-in instructions. Of course we are available if there are any issues getting in.
Luggage dropoff / early check-in or late check-out
We are flexible and do offer this depending on whether we have a guest arriving / departing on the same day. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and details.
Cleaning / housekeeping before checkout
A housekeeping service is available for guests staying longer than 5 nights. There is an additional cost for this service and it must be booked in advance or on arrival. (The housekeeping "actual cleaning day" is subject to availability).
If you lose our keys and/or remote controls, we will have to charge for a replacement set.
