Good transport links, buses and tubes close by as well as train stations, Liverpool Street and Kings Cross International. The nearest tube stations are Zone 1 Old Street, Angel Islington also Highbury and Islington. Close to the City of London and the increasingly popular Shorditch.

It is a non smoking house although there is a private garden and a roofed area within the garden should you wish to smoke. The house is child friendly as it is usually occupied by myself and my two young sons and my two cats. The garden has a trampoline for children or for sporty adults.

The stair carpet is made of natural seizal, cats and animals love to scratch it so if you have a cat it must be kept in the living room or the garden so as not to scratch the stairs. My cats live mostly outside. During the night and if the house is empty please make sure the cats are out. Please leave food and water for the cats. A little water in the plants will make them happy.
