Doesn’t every family deserve the perfect getaway? Welcome to Twin Peeks, as perfect for the grown-ups as it is for the kids.

Located just a couple of blocks from the beach in the mid-town area, Twin Peeks has the perfect location for exploring Cannon Beach. What was once a duplex has been opened up to a large family home with plenty of comfortable places to settle in throughout the house complete with gas fireplaces that you’ll relish during a chilly coastal evening.

The main entry is on the second floor of this three story home. With a large deck on the front of the house, it’s the perfect spot to hang out and enjoy peeks of the ocean. Inside, you’ll find two living areas. The first has a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace, hard wood floors, dining area and the first of two kitchens! This is perfect for large families or get-togethers when one kitchen is just not enough. The second living area has a large overstuffed sofa that has a pullout bed and can be used if the four bedrooms are not enough. There is also a curtain next to the sofa that can be pulled for privacy when it’s being used as a bed. There are two bathrooms on this floor, one a powder room and the second a large bathroom with a jetted tub, perfect for soaking. There is one bedroom on this level which has a queen bed. Also on this level is a large deck on the back of the house which can be accessed from the dining area and the queen bedroom.

Upstairs on the top floor is another living area with a large kitchen and dining space. With a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture, the living room is the perfect space to relax in, unless kitchen duty calls, and even then, with this second kitchen, cooking can be a breeze. With a large space to work in and the dining table close by, this is a dream kitchen to work in.
As well as the living space, there are two bedrooms on this floor. The master has a queen bed with a bathroom connected. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed ( twin bed on top, double bed beneath ) also with a connected bath. There is also a powder room just off the living area.

The bottom level of the home has a kids play area complete with flat screen TV and foosball table. The bathroom on this level connects to the last bedroom in the home which has a queen bed as well.

Twin Peeks is the perfect home for anyone of any age to enjoy.

General Information - Our check in time is 4pm and check out is at 11am. Our office is located at 115 Sunset Blvd. in Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the North on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the second exit into Cannon Beach. If you are coming from the South on Hwy 101, Sunset Blvd is the third exit into Cannon Beach. Our office is on the left hand side of Sunset Blvd, just before Columbia Bank. Our office hours vary during the seasons so give us a call ahead of time to obtain current office hours.

Guest Requirements - You must be over the age of 25 in order to rent a home from Beachcomber Vacation Homes. This Reservation cannot be transferred to anyone else and subletting the home is prohibited. The contracted guest is the responsible party for all intentional or malicious damage done by anyone in their party including structural damage, damage to furnishings, theft, unnecessary maintenance, and the need for extra cleaning beyond what is normally required at departure. Our homes are in neighborhoods that have fulltime residents so please be courteous with parking, outside activities, lights and noise.

Cancellation - If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact AirBnB right away

Number of Guests and Cars - Twin Peeks has parking for 4 cars and can sleep up to 10 people if the pull-out sofa is used. Each home has a rental permit from either the city of Cannon Beach or Clatsop County that regulates how many guests may stay and how many cars are allowed to park. If more people stay at the house than permitted, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract rental and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. No RV’s, 5th Wheels, or campers are allowed on the property.

Pets - Twin Peeks is not a pet friendly home. If a pet is found in a non pet friendly house without prior notice and consent, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes rounds for immediate termination and eviction in addition to a $250.00 fine.

If you have an ADA service animal please let our office know right away so that we can make special arrangements in the event that you have chosen a non-pet friendly home

High Chairs & Pak N Plays - Both High Chairs and Pak n Plays can be borrowed from us on a first come first served basis. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if either one is needed.

Left Behind Items - If you leave something behind in the house please give us a call right away. If we find it we can mail it back to you, with the shipping charges dependent on the size and weight of the package.

Guest Responsibilities at Departure - Please do not strip or make the beds or start any laundry. All that is required is that you load the dishwasher, take out all of the garbage and leave the house reasonably clean and in order.

Smoking - There is no smoking (neither tobacco or marijuana) allowed in any of our homes. If you smoke outside please do so at the appropriate distance from the home and dispose of your cigarette materials appropriately. If anyone smokes inside the home, then such is a violation of this Guest Reservation Contract and constitutes grounds for immediate termination and eviction. You will also be subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee.

Supplies - Beachcomber Vacation Homes supplies bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats and rugs, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and coffee filters if needed. Please bring your own beach towels as the towels in the home are not meant to be taken to the beach.

Trash - Please place all garbage and recycling materials in the cans provided. If you have excess garbage, please bag it and let our office know when you depart so that we can pick it up. Your trash day will be noted on your refrigerator door.

Smoke Detectors & CO Detectors - Please check to see if you detectors are working and call us immediately if they are not so we can replace them. Batteries can die at any time and we want you to have a safe stay with us.

Key Codes - All Beachcomber Vacation Homes have a key-less entry system. You will be given your code at check-in, or if you plan to arrive after our office hours, we will call you with your code. The code will not work until 4 pm on the day of your arrival and will deactivate shortly after 11 am on the day of your departure. If you need a little extra time for departure, or if you are arriving earlier than 4 pm, please give our office a call and we’ll try to accommodate you if we can.

Unforeseen Circumstances - Even the best made plans can hit a snag and renting a vacation home is no different. If your home becomes unavailable due to plumbing, electrical or heating issues, roof damage or anything else beyond our control that makes it uninhabitable, we will try to move you to a comparable home. If a comparable home is not available, Beachcomber will give you the option of receiving a refund or choosing an upgraded home, subject to availability. If you choose an upgraded home, any increase in rental rate will be your responsibility.

Indemnify and Hold Harmless - Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner and Beachcomber Vacation Homes and its officers, directors, agents and employees of and from any and all claims, , causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys fees, and costs, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the reservation and/or use occupancy or rental of the home or property specified in this Guest Reservation Contract.

Legal - In the event of a breach of this Guest Reservation Contract or dispute concerning its interpretation or enforcement, the losing party shall pay the prevailing party’s costs, expenses, and attorney fees incurred.

We spent a family weekend at Twin Peaks in Cannon Beach. The home was comfortable and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of spaces to relax and lounge around. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Great layout for family group to spend time together and still have room to do their own thing. Great location - close to main areas of town, most within walking distance. Great kitchen facilities. Have suggested they provide more instructions on operating various items such at TVs, fireplaces, and washer.

We rented Twin Peeks for a girls weekend in July. It has an awesome location, with easy beach access that comes out directly in front of Haystack Rock. Walking to the far end of the downtown area is about 1.5 miles, with the nearest shops about 1/4 mile. While there is no sidewalk between Twin Peeks and beach access or the first shops in town, the shoulder is pretty wide and we never felt unsafe walking in daylight. The house is actually two duplexes with the wall between taken out, so there are 2 kitchens and 2 living areas. There is one bedroom on the main floor, 2 on the upper floor, and 1 in the basement. There is also a pull-out couch with a privacy curtain if needed. I think the house would be great for families with kids since there are extra areas for different groups to hang out.
