The Hayward Studio is a private, garden-level unit in our home with a kitchen, full bath, and fold-down murphy bed


Located in the Highlands neighborhood, you'll have the best of both worlds--city and serene. You'll be walking distance from Sloan's Lake and the SloHi district, as well as a 5 minute drive from Downtown, the Tennyson district, LoDo, and Mile High Stadium. Escape to the mountains in minutes with easy access to trails in the Rocky Mountains

El lugar

The Hayward Studio is a fully private, one bed, one bath unit on the lower level of our home. It features a unique "Murphy" style bed (slightly smaller than a queen) that pulls down from the wall. There's a comfortable sitting area with a TV and WiFi. The kitchen features an oven, a sink with a disposal, a microwave, a full fridge, and a table with chairs.


This studio is perfect for couples coming to Denver, business travelers, or individuals. This listing is not 420 Friendly (yes marijuana is legal here, but we ask you do not smoke in our home or neighborhood).


If you have a car, you're welcome to park on the street since there's plenty of street parking.

Guests staying at The Hayward Studio have access to the entire garden-level unit. Guests do not have access to the upper level of the house or the backyard.

My partner and I live in the upstairs unit of the house and are happy to make ourselves available if you need assistance, directions, or recommendations but we will respect your space if you prefer privacy.


If we're not around I will be available by text, email or phone to assist with whatever you need.

Per Denver City and County Ordinance, effective January 1, 2017, all short term rentals (less than 30 days) are subject to a 10.75% Lodging Tax. It will be assessed as a separate charge through the Airbnb Resolution Center within 24-48 hours of acceptance of your reservation. Look for the email from the Resolution Center with this charge, and accept it within 24 hours of receipt. That will confirm your reservation. If you fail to accept this charge, unfortunately, your reservation maybe canceled immediately with no refund of Guest Service Fees.


This house has keyless entry for your convenience. If there are any issues with the keyless system, there will be a key available in a lockbox as a backup.


In order to minimize allergens for our guests, we do not allow any pets (including our cat) into this unit.

Sean and Maggie were very polite and accommodating hosts! Everything that I wanted to do was not far from the lovely, very cozy home! Their secluded bottom wing was perfect and just what I was looking for. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location near many hip restaurants and shops! Short drive/uber into city. Place was clean and was very spacious even for a group of three. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Great place to stay in Denver. Nice quiet neighborhood, and the place is accurate as shown. Clean and nicely set up with a short convenient ride to downtown Denver. Sean and Maggie were great with communication and I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
