My home is within walking distance to the beginning of the Wine Trail on Rancho California Rd. It is also conveniently located within blocks of a strip mall that has most amenities needed including restaurants, groceries and Starbucks.
This So. Ca. location is close to perfect considering the price and the proximity to San Diego , Orange C0, and Los Angeles. The San Diego Zoo , Sea World , and a Wild Animal Park are within an hour and 15 minutes. Disney Land , Knott's Berry Farm and beautiful coastlines are about the same distances in Orange Co. It is approx. 90 minutes to Los Angeles.

Attached 2 car garage with one remote is included. Please keep your vehicles to a minimum and inside of the garage. For any additional vehicles please utilize the parking on the adjacent street.
No parties. No outside music after 10pm. Being respectful to my neighbors is very important . If any complaints are received due to obnoxious behavior or noise disturbances after 10pm your deposit then becomes a penalty fee and will not be returned. There is a small fee for heating the pool from October through May. Hot tub is controlled from inside of the house. There is a gate side area that can be used for small trailers like for jet ski's or a smaller fishing boat.
