Availability and rates change frequently during the high demand periods. All dates and rates must be confirmed with Owner prior to booking. Please note that published rates are based on weekly minimums. When allowed a stay period shorter than one week rates may increase to accommodate turn over.
For your protection, after booking through Airbnb, you will be required to sign a lease with the homeowner and Windwalker William Raveis to finalize the booking process.
This property is non-smoking.
That NO PETS of any description shall be kept on the premises. If any pets are found on the premises, this will constitute a violation of the terms and conditions of this lease, and could result in an immediate eviction. If said eviction occurs, all deposits made herein will be forfeited. Any exception to this rule must be written out and signed by all parties in the lease.
That the TENANT shall not sublet the leased premises, nor any part thereof.
That all personal property of the TENANT brought onto the leased premises shall be at the sole risk of the TENANT.
Owner will not be responsible for any damages to any personal property on the premises. Should a substantial portion of the premises be damaged by fire or other unavoidable casualty, owner may elect to terminate this lease. When such fire, casualty or other taking renders the premises or any part thereof unfit for use and occupancy, a just and proportionate abatement of rent shall be made.
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the leased premises may be subject to a mortgage. In the event this Lease is terminated by reason of foreclosure of a mortgage or other lien against the leased premises, Tenant hereby holds Broker harmless from and against any loss or damage resulting there from.
The LANDLORD acknowledges that under Massachusetts Law, the described property may be deemed to contain lead paint, if constructed before 1978. The LANDLORD acknowledges that wherever a child or children under 6 years of age resides in any residential premises in which any paint, plaster or other accessible materials contain dangerous levels of lead as defined pursuant to M.G.L. c.111, s. 199B the landlord shall remove or cover said paint, plaster or other materials so as to make it inaccessible to other children. The agent named herein does not know whether the lead paint is present in said property. The landlord agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Windwalker Real Estate from any action taken by the tenant pursuant to an alleged violation of these regulations.
That the TENANT agrees to allow the LANDLORD or his agent, upon 24 hour notice to show the premises should the property be listed for sale; to inspect the premises; to make repairs and improvements to the premises, and to protect the premises if it appears that said premises have been abandoned by the TENANT.

I spent many summers at my grandmother's Surfside beach cottage, and during college I drove the island tour bus as a summer job. After graduating from Vanderbilt University, I returned to Massachusetts and worked for a travel wholesaler in Boston before migrating to the island permanently. An All-American high school and collegiate swimmer, I have shared my passion for the sport with Nantucket's youth, and have raised over $50,000 for Swim Across America, a non-profit that raises money and awareness for cancer research, prevention, and treatment through swim-related events, and am also the Fundraising Chair for the annual Swim Across America Nantucket event.
