Very quiet community and just a half block to the Rio, Gold Coast and The Palms. Shuttle service from any of these hotels to the strip every 30 minutes. You can walk to the strip down Flamingo in about 10-15 minutes. Perfect location! Closest complex to the strip on the West side. You have a panoramic view of the entire strip while sitting in the hot tub. Breathtaking at night and so peaceful. EVERYONE IS CHECKED IN AT THE SECURITY GATE AND ANYONE NOT ON THE LIST WILL NOT BE ADMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THE HOST AND PROPERTY MANAGER WILL BE PHONED TO REPORT THE VIOLATION. GUESTS IN THE PAST HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONCEAL THE NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING AT FLAMINGO PALMS AIRBNBs TO SAVE MONEY. THIS PROPERTY IS VERY STRICT AND SECURE AND WILL NOT LET THOSE WHO ARE NOT ON THE LIST ACCESS TO THE UNIT. IF WE GET NOTIFICATION THAT DURING YOUR STAY YOU ATTEMPTED TO CONCEAL GUESTS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE BY SECURITY, WITH NO REFUND. THE COMMUNITY THEN SENT OUT LETTERS NOTIFYING ALL OWNERS THAT THE RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RULES AND CAN ONLY ENFORCE WHAT THE COMMUNITY HAS MADE VERY CLEAR - NO EXCEPTIONS! THIS IS A VERY SECURE AND SAFE PLACE, SO PLEASE FOLLOW THIS AND OTHER REGULATIONS TO PREVENT EMBARRASSMENT TO YOURSELVES AND THE HOST/PROPERTY MANAGER. THANK YOU.
All guests agree to the following:
•Absolutely NO SMOKING in the condo unit, nor on the balcony/patio. Please smoke in the parking lots and dispose of your cigarettes in garbage bins after you ensure that cigarette has been fully extinguished to avoid starting any fires in the Las Vegas heat. We have found that even smoking on the patio leaves an odor that non-smoking guests and owners can smell.
•Please respect the neighbors' privacy by being courteous and keeping the noise level to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m. This is a quiet community that is gated with 2 security guards on duty at all times. Multiple cameras have been installed throughout the property to protect owners and guests.
•If you order any delivery service, you must call the security officer at the gate (phone number is on the refrigerator) to inform them who will be delivering food so that they will allow the driver to enter.
•If you drive to the Flamingo Palms, there is plenty of parking in the lot. The security officers will give you a temporary permit to place on your dashboard for the length of your stay. Upon arrival, let them know that you are guests of Rick Carter and Scott McClure in building F, unit 2019. Building F is just past the security gate to the right of the club house. Unit 2019 is in the back of the building, second set of stairs up to the second floor to the left. Take the path to the left when proceeding to the back of the building F. Very easy to find and close to the security gate in case you have any questions.
•You must register all guests that are staying with the security gate. Let me know in advance the names of the guests (first and last names) so I can provide that information to the security officers prior to your arrival. I ALSO NEED THE MOBILE CONTACT NUMBER OF THE CONTACT PERSON.
•Please respect our property and remember that this is our home, not a hotel room. Please treat the furniture and space as if it is your own home. Since the sectional is tan, please avoid drinking red wine or eating food on the couch that will likely stain the furniture. Dispose of trash promptly in the garbage bins in front of the building across the parking lot. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, LEAVE THE PLACE AS YOU FOUND IT, PLEASE. THANK YOU.
•Feel free to use any dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee, laundry detergent, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer and dryer during your stay. If you break something, please just let me know ASAP so I can let you know how much the item is to replace.
•If you need cleaning service during your stay, I can contact my cleaning person and you may pay her directly for her services. If you prefer that she change the sheets, wash clothes, vacuum, etc., just let me know and I will have her contact you. IF YOU STAY FOR THREE WEEKS OR LONGER, YOU MUST HAVE THE CLEANING SERVICE COME IN EVERY TWO WEEKS TO CLEAN THE PLACE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU STAY FOR SIX WEEKS, CLEANING SERVICE MUST CLEAN A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES AT THE REGULAR CLEANING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
