Relax in our old farm house high on a hill with 100 acres to explore. The food is fresh, organic and local. You must enjoy animals, camp fires, counting stars, and birds. We have 2 rooms. Both with queen size beds. The larger room (Cardinal Room) has an on-suite, a TV and a sitting area with a view of the alpacas. The smaller room (Lavender Room) has a view of the valley and a powder room. We delight in sharing a glass of wine with our guests when they arrive.
If needed, we have a third room (the Artist's Room) which has one twin bed that can be added to your rental for a small fee of $25.00.

Guests can access other parts of our home. A large living room, with books and a TV, the dining room where meals are served and decks were bird-watching, reading or just relaxing can be enjoyed and much more are available to our guests. We have an art studio on the second floor of our barn for you to visit or trails to walk.

We have free range chickens, 2 friendly dogs, 7 alpacas and a duck. There's lots of parking and for this season you will enter through the kitchen. We are working on a path around the house to the front door. The atmosphere is very relaxed.
Check in is after 3 PM and check out is before 11 AM. Breakfast is usually served about 8:30. If you have food restrictions, please, let us know as soon as possible. The TV in the large room has headphones so that the sound can be off after 11 PM. The living room can be used until 12 PM. The bond-fires must be extinguished before going to bed.
Norm and I live in a hundred year old farm house high on a hill. We love animals and people. Norm enjoys painting, hiking, cooking and fishing. Ruth volunteers and is on the board of several organizations. She is an avid organic gardener. They love to travel and enjoy foods. Norm makes his own wine and loves old movies. Ruth loves cooking and is an award winning pickle and jam maker. We love staying at B&Bs and learning about the areas we are visiting. Healthy lifestyle is important to both.
