Our large 80m² / 860 sq. ft. loft apartment is located in the iconic, Art Deco building - Mutual Heights. Right in the heart of the city centre - experience the buzz, vibe and raw energy of the city from this apartment. Perfectly positioned for exploring the cultural and historical side of the city. Ideal for couples, small families or small groups. (We have the apartment right next door to this one, which sleeps two guests, book both our apartments for a family getaway or a group of friends.)

Our spacious loft apartment is located right in the heart of the city centre close to museums, The Company's Garden and Greenmarket Square. If you are interested in culture and history this is absolutely the apartment for you! Join a Free walking tour, which leaves daily from Greenmarket Square, a mere 350 meters away via Longmarket St. (Historic City Tour, Bo-Kaap Tour & Apartheid to Freedom Tour.) The Castle of Good Hope, District Six Museum, Iziko South African Museum, South African National Gallery are all close by.
This apartment is all about living like a local and enjoying the buzz and vibe of the city. Truth Coffee Roasting is a great place to have breakfast or coffee and is 750 meters away. Getting around to the key attractions is easy and quick via taxi or Uber.
Our apartment is spacious and has been built in a typical loft style with double volume ceilings and a mezzanine level. The large bedroom is on the mezzanine level and has a queen sized bed. There's plenty of cupboard space and a built-in desk area with a large mirror.
The apartment is open plan and there are two comfy couches in the lounge (One of them a sleeper couch, which is ideal for 2 children or a single adult.) There is Satellite TV, Netflix and a small selection of DVD’s. The kitchen is compact, but well-equipped. Appliances include a fridge / freezer combo, microwave, oven & hob, washing machine & tumble dryer.
There's a full bathroom downstairs with a bath and separate shower.
There is also air conditioning and heating.
There is a secure undercover parking bay and 24-hour security at the front desk.

We typically meet and greet guests at the apartment, but we do offer a self check-in option too. We are contactable by phone, text or email should you need anything. There's a friendly 24-Hour Security / doorman at the front desk.
We are Cape Town locals and can advise you on the best attractions and activities in Cape Town and surrounding areas, including Franschhoek.
There is a detailed guidebook in the apartment with information and recommendations. There are plenty of tourism brochures in the apartment.

Sleeper Couch/Sofa Bed We have a fold up camp cot for an infant (6 months to 2 years). There is a foam mattress. We don't provide any linen or blankets for the camp cot, please bring your own. We don't have a bassinet, please bring your own if needed.
Maximum of 3 adults, OR 2 adults and 2 children. This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please abide by the building rules which are posted inside the apartment.
Please respect the neighbours and the neighbourhood by limiting noise and disturbances. No loud noise after 10pm on weekdays and on weekends.
No smoking and no pets are permitted.
No parties or "gatherings" please. This is strictly non-negotiable.
Please report any damage related to the premises to us within 24 hours of occupation or occurrence.
Keep us informed of your expected arrival time. Check-in is from 2-11pm and check-out is 10am, unless alternative arrangements have been made with us in advance. Either we will meet and greet you on arrival or one of our lovely housekeepers will be there to meet you. There is also an easy self check-in option.
We ask that guests who are arriving later than 9pm check themselves in. Our apartment is fully set-up for self check-in and it's super easy. Our guests regularly check themselves into our apartment, so we are well prepared and our instructions are easy and clear. Some of our guests prefer it :) Please let us know if you'll be checking in late and we will send you the self check-in instructions. Of course we are available if there are any issues getting in.
Luggage dropoff / early check-in or late check-out
We are flexible and do offer this depending on whether we have a guest arriving / departing on the same day. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and details.
Cleaning / housekeeping before checkout
A housekeeping service is available for guests staying longer than 5 nights. There is an additional cost for this service and it must be booked in advance or on arrival. (The housekeeping "actual cleaning day" is subject to availability).
If you lose our keys and/or remote controls, we will have to charge for a replacement set.
