We chose this place because we needed something located close to the subway since we weren't renting a car. Only a couple block walk from Union station.
Michael was wonderful about communicating with us the entire time.
This was great for my boyfriend and I because we were right next to all the things we were going to visit while sightseeing in Toronto (CN Tower, Air Canada Centre, Ripley's Aquarium etc). Even the grocery store was across the street. Any place else we needed to get to we just took the subway from Union station. We decided to choose this particular place because of the skyrise. 54 floors up, and the view of Toronto is incredible! We even caught the top of some fireworks from Parliament Hill on New Year's! I didn't think I'd even use the washer and dryer but it ended up being a necessity, since Air Canada lost my luggage, I was re-wearing my clothes for 3 days :D I was also happy to know that clean towels were available. Bring your own shower supplies.
The space is on the smaller side and IMO wouldn't be all that comfortable with more than 2 people hanging out in the common area (there's a four-seater square table and a loveseat). Of course if you are looking to spend most of the time outside of the condo it wouldn't be too bad, and there are a total two bedrooms for people to sleep.
Note that the air is always running/flowing regardless of how you set the temperature (probably a building regulation for air flow) and there are no curtains and a lot of windows (since the view is fantastic). If you are a light sleeper, or dislike moving air in the home this may not be for you. I found it was difficult to sleep since the city is brightly lit and I had no way of shutting it out. Bring a sleep mask? Also, this is no one's fault, but twice the fire alarm went off in the morning. One was a drill and the other was a some kind of security alarm. It happens in my own apartment at home as well, but something to be aware of when you stay in a large condo building vs a private home.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is exploring Toronto for the first time! It is very centrally located, clean, and has a sweet view of the city! And Michael will help you through all of it, he was great and responsive!
