If you’re looking for a real Barcelona experience then welcome to your new home away from home! This 55m2 flat is situated on the Principal floor (1st real floor but don’t worry, there’s an elevator) in an early 20th-century building. Suitable for up to 4 guests and conveniently located 3 minutes from the closest metro station (Parallel), you can quickly be transported to city center attractions like Las Ramblas and the old city, Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia (where 2 of Gaudí’s architectural masterpieces reside).
Once you enter the residence, your attention will be drawn to the sunlit common area on the left. Inside you will find a contemporary dining table with seating for 4 and access to a small 2m2 balcony with café table and chairs for 2. The spacious leather sofa will be sure to call your name after a long day of sightseeing. You’ll have a TV at your disposal as well.
The main bedroom is located next door. It holds a 150cm double bed and a huge wardrobe closet to help keep your belongings in order. The utility room is accessible here and has a washing machine and interior window to let in some natural light.
The kitchen is next down the hall with a small stovetop for cooking simple meals, combined oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, basin and shower with relaxing rain showerhead (sorry, no tub). There’s also a small frosted interior win
At the end of the hall you’ll find the 2nd bedroom. It’s furnished with a 135cm double bed, another huge wardrobe closet and interior window, too.
Rustic wood laminate runs throughout the apartment with black tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. Both bedrooms and the common area are equipped with wall-panel radiators to keep you warm in the winter. Two splits air conditioning units and an oscillating table fan will help keep you cool during the summer.
** Please be responsible with your electricity consumption and make sure to turn off all lights and appliances when you go out. Being GREEN is GREAT!
Linen, towels and toilet paper are prepared before your arrival. Secure Wi-Fi (fiber optic broadband) is available to keep you connected to your family and friends.

Poble Sec is a very trendy and international neighborhood. You will be close to Montjuïc and the popular pedestrian street, Carrer de Blai, which is lined with a variety of bars and tapas and restaurant options.
A pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shop, pizza restaurants and a new independent space called Hiroshima – dedicated to the performing arts, live music and contemporary thinking – are all located in the immediate vicinity. The Sala Apolo is around the corner and also features dance and live music acts.
A 10-minute walk up the small mountain of Montjuïc will give you amazing views of the city and sea! You can also walk to nearby attractions like the Miró Museum, the city center or Barceloneta Beach within 15-20 minutes.

Please be advised that normal check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is included in the price, but a surcharge is requested for:
•Check-in after 8 p.m.: 20 euro
•Check-in after 10pm onwards: 50 euro
•Check-out after 11 a.m.: 20 euro
•Holiday arrival/departure (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day and Epiphany): 50 euro
We ask that you call 30 minutes before you would expect to arrive at the apartment. Any delay over 45 minutes will be charged at 15 euro per half hour after the agreed upon time.
Please note that there is a 5-night minimum stay during the Christmas/NYE holidays and MWC.

Parties are NOT allowed. We reserve the right to keep the deposit in case of complaints from the neighbors, smell of smoke or damage.
The flat is located in a quiet, residential building. We will expect that you conduct yourself in an appropriate manner anywhere on the premises, including when it comes to making noise (especially late at night) and keeping the common areas clean.
Please clean any dirty dishes and dispose of all trash as you leave.
