The Central Train Station is about a 5-minute walk away offering direct train services to the CBD & Circular Quay, Airport, Bondi Junction and Telstra Stadium.
With high ceilings, stylish furnishings, reverse cycle A/C, dining setting for 6 and a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with a full sized fridge, dishwasher, blender, a living room equipped with a large plasma HD TV, DVD and CD player, plus washing machine & dryer in the bathroom and large balcony with city views, makes this an ideal apartment for long or short stays.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom a double/single bunk bed, both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
Within the security, complex, is an outdoor pool, rooftop garden, gym & full sized tennis court on site.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive detailed information about the arrangement for key collections, and contact phone numbers in the event that you need any assistance during your stay.
There are two key collection options for you to choose from:
1.Your keys can be held for you at a Kingsford office (en-route between the airport and Sydney city)
2. A representative for the accommodation can meet you at the property address to pass keys, and familiarize you with your accommodation (option 2 = fee applicable, not available 24 hours)
Your accommodation will be clean and fully serviced, ready for your arrival. On departure simply leave the keys locked inside the property.

Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions and that as a guest you have acknowledged by clicking on 'request to book' via Airbnb that you are confirming that you understand the following Terms and Conditions and your guest responsibilities under the 'house rules'!
Check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time is by 10:00am. If you require a late check-out, please advise at least 24 hours in advance and your host will do the best to satisfy your request, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Keys can be collected from an Kingsford office (en-route between the airport and Sydney city), or alternatively your host can arrange to have you met at the property on arrival, however this service may not be available at certain times and a charge will apply for this service. Guests are required to phone representative 1 hour prior to arrival, without exception. This is to ensure that there is someone available to serve you. Your host takes no responsibility for waiting times when checking in.
Your host may be acting solely as a booking agent for certain properties. In these instances you will be provided with the appropriate arrival/departure information. The host takes no responsibility for the actions of the accommodation provider.
It is the responsibility of every guest to read and abide by these terms and conditions. It is further the responsibility of every guest to abide by the following ‘Guest Conditions’.
a) Unless reported at the start of a guests stay the most recent guest will be held responsible for any breakages and/or damage to the property and its contents. If not reported the host will charge a $90 administration fee on top of the replacement/repair cost of the damage.
b) Loss or theft of any item is also the responsibility of the guest. This includes the loss or damage of keys, security passes and car park remotes. Any expense will be passed onto the guest.
c) It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issue with the property in which they reside. This includes any disturbance, damage, loss or any possible criminal matter. After hours contact numbers will be provided.
d) Guests are required to show due care and ensure that doors & windows are locked at all times when not in use.
e) Guests should be aware that in most situations there will be neighbours who permanently reside in the building and/or local area. Guests are required to respect the right of every person to have quiet enjoyment of their property.
f) Guests are required to behave in a sensible manner and to keep any noise to a low level between the hours of 11:30pm and 6:30am every night of the year.
g) Guests are expected to keep the property at a level of cleanliness that could be considered acceptable to an average person. Any unnecessary damage resulting from poor cleanliness will be the responsibility of the guest and charges will apply.
h) Guests are expected to leave the property in a condition that would be considered acceptable to an average person. If cleaners are required to make additional charges these will be passed onto guests.
i) The host reserves the right to deny occupancy to any guest at any time before or during their stay. No full or part refund will be provided unless agreed to in writing.
j) The host will charge an hourly rate for administration and workload resulting from guests not abiding by the above conditions. This rate will be provided upon request.
k) The host is under no responsibility to contact a guest before lodging any charges, however the host will typically endeavour to do so, and to have these charges finalised within 30 days of departure.
l) "Pets" are not allowed.
m) The number of tenants must not exceed the maximum number allowed, as shown on the booking form provided by the guest. If a property is reported to be overloaded the tenants will be asked to vacate with no refund made.
n) This property is privately owned. Please respect the owner’s property and do not remove furniture or move furniture around.
o) The description of the premises, position and furnishings are to the best of the host's ability and are in good faith. No responsibility or refunds for alleged misrepresentation can be accepted.
p) Guests must take all garbage to the appropriate bins on departure. Air-conditioning must be off, used dishes & glass ware loaded into the dishwater and ensure the door is locked on exit.
q) It is the responsibility of all guests to read all information provided when checking into the property.
r) Property is non-smoking.
s) The property is to be used for the sole purpose of accommodation. Parties, gatherings, meetings, photographic shoots, commercial use or any other non-accommodation use is strictly forbidden.
t) Should any of the above responsibilities not be adhered to, additional charges will apply.
