We were disappointed by the attitude of the owners who did not want to fill request for basic amenities and help such as necessary linens, mattress pad for the sleeper couch, blankets, towels and how to use the very complicated shower. The place is very stark and cold. I hope the…

thank you for allowing me to host you Irene. you did not read our house rules and manual to know what was provided for you and your guest. You and your guest Stained my towels with make up and mascara which on the house rules I stated that please don't wipe your make up and mascara on the towels. I have host so many Airbnb guests and I've never had a problem or concern about my condo. maybe I should go ahead and charge you for the replacement of my towels that you stained because as it states on the house rules if you do stains the towels you would be charge for the replacement of them. I provided you with enough sheets and towels for your 3 night stay. Hosting a guest like you is a learning experience for me and your false feedback will only make me a better host to other guests. Thank you to all my previous Airbnb guest and looking forward to hosting several more wonderful guests in the future.

My stay here was beyond perfect. The apartment was very clean and conveiniently located. Jouven was an unbelievable host and responded quickly and accurately with any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend!!

This was a lovely place with everything one could need. It looks just like on the pictures and very clean. The apartment is very new and fully equipped with all the things we needed during our stay. Jouven & Danielle were great hosts. I highly recommend staying here.

Jouven was quick to accept my booking for my last minute trip AZ the loft was clean and well organized the residence there were also friendly. I have no complains with anything downtown was just 5 mins away. Everything was perfect!

The Lofts are a lovely place to stay with many amenities incl Pool, gym w equipment, security, And gathering areas. Jouven was a pleasant and sincere host.

Jouven is a FANTASTIC host. Very communicative and helpful before, during, and after the stay. The space is an amazing unit with a great location in town and great decor as well. I defiantly would stay here again!
