• Check-in is any time after 2:00 PM. (Occasionally able to accommodate earlier )
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
• If you want to do a Saturday check-in/out, then please contact me first. Do not use instant book to do a Saturday check-in/out (I consider this my only day off from preparing rooms so I like to plan ahead if I need to).
Please just be courteous and share the space! We have a living room to share with a nice flat screen, an XBox for playing games, and plenty of cooking space in the kitchen! There are also a few great restaurants within a short walk and the best ice cream in Portland just a block away.

I've lived in Maine my whole life, and the city of Portland for over 9 years. Originally in the West End, then the East End, and now in the Bayside/Deering neighborhood.
My full time job is real estate but I have a strong interest in fitness and health as well. The city has a fantastic music scene, friendly locals and some of the best restaurants in the US. There are lots of active things to do throughout the area and I'm happy to show guests around when I have the chance! Don't hesitate to ask me about places to eat, see, dance, explore, hike, walk, bike, etc.
As a traveler, I pack light and tend to visit places where I can stay with friends. But when the couch doesn't work, I obviously use AirBnB! Between New Zealand, Mexico, Australia, England, Canada, and an assortment of other spots, I would have a tough time picking my favorite. I've hosted guests from all over the world and I hope to make my way to more of their countries as well!
