A basic accommodation agreement and registration form are required for stays 30 days or more.
Condo amenities are only available to guests staying 30 nights or longer.
Guests must provide a driver's license or passport # (for identification verification with the concierge upon arrival) and sign an Accommodation Agreement and Registration Forms to be registered as guests with the condo (done by email). The Accommodation Agreement contains the following:

reason, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Guests
waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises by 11am
on their check out date unless otherwise arranged and agreed to by both

condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner.
The Guests shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at
check out, defined by The Host as being immediately habitable by the

report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be
given for any outages.
16. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined
expectations because of weather conditions, work and family
emergencies, or other commitments.
17. Guest shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use,
such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person,
harbouring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement
with no refund of rents or deposits.
