Älvsjö is the perfect place to start your visit in Stockholm - from the apartment there's an 8 min trainride to downtown, or 20-30 by bike. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and there's a pool and sauna if you feel like relaxing for a bit.
No loud music after 22:00, and quiet after 23:00.
No smoking inside. Smoking on the balcony is allowed.
We allow pets, as long as they're quiet and well-behaved - keep them off the furniture!
My name is Birger, I'm 26 and work with city development for the city of Stockholm. I'm not sure whether I mostly prefer the hectic inner-city life or the quiet of the wilderness, but living in Stockholm you naturally get more of the former than the latter (there are, however, some incredibly nice scenery, both in and outside the city!).
I'm just moved to Stockholm last fall (together with my fantastic girlfriend, Felicia), so I'd be happy to join you around town - in part to show you around, and in part to get to know the city a bit better myself!
