Refurbished 3 bedroom apartment in the vibrant and colourful de Waterkant district, a stone's throw away from countless bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment includes a fantastic entertainment area, wifi, DSTV and private parking.
The town house has 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and one with two single beds) and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 6 adults comfortably.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, dining room and lounge leading out onto the spacious terrace where one can spend the evening having a glass of wine and barbecue.
The parking bay is designated and private.
The entire De Waterkant area is completely safe, as the streets are patrolled on foot by neighbourhood watch.
Due to severe water restrictions (level 4) and the current drought in Cape Town, use of the pool may be restricted.

Guests will have access to the entire town house, as well as the communal garden and swimming pool.

Cape Town (and South Africa) is in the depths of a severe drought. Please be cautious and conservative with water use.
Some small things that each individual can do to help:
-Keep Showers as short as possible.
-Turn off the taps when not actually using the water (ie while brushing teeth, shaving, soaping up, washing hair or dishes.)
-While heating up the water, collect excess in a bucket/bowl and use for cleaning.
-Make sure you put a full load into the washing machine and dishwasher before starting a wash cycle.
