This property has much to offer travellers with direct link by coach or train to Gatwick Airport & Brighton. Many bars, restaurants, shops, cinema, theatre as well as the seaside within less than a 10 min walk. This is a fantastic central location.

The kitchen, bathroom and roof terrace are all shared area's. The property will be undergoing further renovation within the next few months, part of the plans will be to install a seperate shower room.
Otros aspectos destacables
We have a puppy who is currently 5months old, so still going through training. He's nearly toilet trained although occasionally has the odd accident. He does not go into the rental area but will have access to the kitchen during the day.
Guests are expected to respect our home as you would you own family home. We do not accept smoking in the property or excessive alcohol comsumption.
Because of recent renovation we do ask for outside footwear not to be worn indoors on the new carpet.
