This charming room in our vintage farmhouse has the best view of the gardens and sheep. Sleep snuggled in antique quilts and cotton linens and wake up to a tremendous farm-to-table breakfast. We love to accommodate all food needs, given some notice, and we grow most of what we make. Veggie lovers will be wowed, and meat eaters will be delighted. Wine and beer are waiting when you arrive, and coffee is on at 5am. Popcorn and lemonade for kids. Enjoy books, swings, dogs, cats, goats & chickens!
This lovely valley farm is home to sheep, goats, steers, chickens, ducks, dogs, hogs and cats. In addition to pork, beef, lamb and eggs, we also grow over one hundred varieties of veggies - so breakfast is lavish, healthy and fresh from the fields. You can milk a goat and enjoy the cream in your coffee! We love to eat. We also love books and vintage linens and cozy places to curl up and read. When you are done - hike, canoe, run, bike or swim in the town pool a short walk away. Enjoy the woodstove in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, and quiet walks in the country any time of year. Need more beds for a bigger group? See our other Circle M Market Farm listings for this property.
Disponible para huéspedes
Guests have the entire second floor, with a bathroom shared with one other bedroom. We'll provide coffee, tea, wine and beer in the downstairs kitchen, and a fire in the living room (when it's cold). Join us for a farm tour, or tag along with chores. You can also book a class while you are here: we teach healthy cooking, beginning gardening, spinning, dyeing, felting and soapmaking. You can even take a boot camp fitness class with us in the morning - or simply plan to just read books on our large porch, wander the grounds and mingle with animals, daydream on one of our many benches or swings and soak up the fresh air.
Atención a los huéspedes
We will be available to greet you when you arrive and give you a short tour of the farm. We will also enjoy visiting with you during breakfast - but otherwise we'll be busy out on the farm. We are happy to help you plan your visit and we always have lots of great suggestions for things you can do in the area during your stay. We love it here and we think you will, too.
Otros aspectos destacables
We are a working farm - with roosters that crow early, dogs that might have muddy paws and electric fences that'll give you a good ol' country buzz if you touch them. Circle M is the real thing. Bring boots. No TV.
We don't recommend pets, as we have dogs, chickens and cats that might not get along with yours. We like shoes off at the front door, since we are a working farm and mud happens!
Please be advised that we are a WORKING farm - with animals, tractors, tools, hay bales, trees, electric fences and ponds. This is a very tidy place, but know that any injury you may incur while visiting on the premises is your responsibility. Please do not book a stay if you do not agree to these terms. Thanks!

I'm a former Chicago journalist living the good life here in beautiful Blanchardville. My husband and I moved here 9 years ago and have fallen more in love with the area as each year passes. We keep discovering wonderful drives, shops, restaurants, vistas and people. We'd love to welcome you here and send you out to see what our rural landscape and our wonderful neighbors have to offer.
