We are 45 minutes from the ski fields and there are many waterways nearby for countless fishing opportunities. There are countless spaces to hike on our farm it would be great for mountain biking also, and a great base for cycling. We happily supply slow cooked meals from The Boloco Station Kitchen, to your accommodation on request.
We are a working sheep farm on 4000 acres and we also have many wild deer, kangaroos, wombats and many many birds for you to see. So keep your eye out for them.

Our driveway is a Kilometre of gravel road that crosses a creek crossing before you reach the Cottage. We do HIGHLY RECOMMEND A 4WD or AWD vehicle as even though 95% of the year the creek is just a trickle, it can rise quite quickly in heavy rain periods and can take 24 hours to subside and the road can be slippery after rain, but please get in contact with us if you don't have one and we will be able to fill you in about the state of the driveway and creek. When dry it is perfectly fine for a normal sedan or 2WD vehicle. And quite frankly it's dry most of the time but it's just a warning that we like Guests to know about.
There is also no mobile reception or internet available.
Please turn off all heating and electric blankets before leaving for the day
Smoking is permitted outside but we would appreciate if you use the butt bin provided and a a good distance away from the premises.
Please remove shoes before entering, especially in wet conditions.
Parents are to be mindful of their children's safety at all times.
Absolutely NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED. If more guests turn up you will be turned away. We are a max occupancy of 6. No more what so ever.
If you have a 4WD vehicle the better, as it is a gravel road with a creek crossing which 95% of the year is just a trickle but can rise and fall in a 24 hour period.
Please do not drive any further than your accommodation. You are more than welcome to walk or ride bikes on our property but please do not drive your vehicle any further.

My husband and i and our two girls moved to Dalgety in January 2016 after a lifetime in the Central West of NSW. We fell in love with this area over many years of spring time holidays, and we are delighted that we have been able to make it our home, and we look forward to showing our guests around.
We would be more than happy to provide slow cooked meals to your Hut made from either our own farm Lamb or Venison, from the many wild Fallow Deer that we have on the farm.
We love having fires outside in the winter and the occasional bonfire too. We love having friends over for drinks and dinner, and we love our new community, as well as being passionate Rugby followers.
