Atención a los huéspedes
Timely assistance is available via mobile. However, after initial handover, you will be left to enjoy your stay without intrusion from us. We do have relationships with privately run tour operators and can help you arrange visits to Adelaide, the wine regions, Hahndorf village and the Adelaide Hills.
The building is mainly residential and quiet, with the majority of residents being retired, so please keep noise to a minimum. Families are welcomed but please respect our neighbours. There is a tap near the gate entrance from the beach, so please ensure sandy feet are rinsed off before entering the building and that pools of water are not left to cause slip hazards in the entrance halls. Please do not touch the ceiling smoke alarms, as they are hardwired and a false-alarm call-out from the Fire Department will cost around $1000. Our strata rules also don't allow towels to be hung on the balcony, but we have a condenser dryer that can be used to dry towels.
