Right on the Columbia River ship channel with a private entrance and easy road access to our beach picnic area. It accommodates 4 (one bed is a hide-a-bed). Or if properly licensed, you might want to try your hand at fishing. Additional items added for extended stays. Bathrobes and beach towels provided.

You will have access to our 17 acres of property, fire pit areas, and beach picnic site. Do a nature hike up the hill behind our home for a great view if you have extra energy to burn. We want you to have a memorable and carefree time while you are here enjoying what this quiet, safe, scenic area has to offer.
Atención a los huéspedes
We occupy the floor above the apartment, taking great care to respect guests’ privacy. Welcoming our guests upon arrival is a priority. Being nearby, we can respond to any needs you might have. If you are inclined to get acquainted, that works for us, too. We enjoy conversations with our guests, especially gathered around the fire pit by moonlight. We usually get the message quickly if you want to be left to yourselves, that's fine also.
Otros aspectos destacables
There is always something happening in this area: Weekend farmer's markets; fishing tournaments; the World's Largest Kite Festival in Long Beach, WA (August); the Astoria Regatta (August); Wine and Seafood Festival (March); Cathlamet Bald Eagle Days (August); and many others. Astoria has two incredible Museums: Maritime and Flavel House, movie theaters, and an Olympic sized in-door swimming pool. Dale and I are very acquainted with activities in surrounding areas and can often recommend favorite beaches, parks, etc.
We are child friendly, but not pet friendly. Our dog may not get along with your dog. We do not allow smoking in the apartment or pets. You may prepare meals in the kitchenette which is stocked with basics, microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, Nu-wave cook top and lots of cookware and dishes. Outdoor grill available.
