Big and romantic terrace overlooking Madrid, luxury apartment recently refurbishes and redecorated in the very center of Madrid. Within walking distance of all the main touristic places. Benefitting from plenty of natural light and with exceptional privacy, this exclusive flat has a 40m2 terrace from wich you can enjoy the wonderful Madrid skylie and beatiful and intimate sunsets.
It is surrounded by a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces and top spots for shopping. It is just beside the pedestrian street of Fuencarral, the key shopping street of the capital, is just a short walk away of Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Chueca, Plaza de España and Opera areas all within easy reach on foot.

The flat is 1 minute walking to Tribunal that offers direct services to Atocha Train Stations for the AVE ( high speed train services to Seville, Valencia and Barcelona) and 3 minutes walking to metro Bilbao and San Bernardo conveniently communicated with the airport metro line ( 45') as well as buses and taxi. It is possible to walk everywhere in the center from there.
Check in time is 15.00h and check out time is 10.00h. However this can be flexible depending of your needs. Should you plan to arrive before 10.00am ( providing the apartment is available) of after 9 pm. there would be an additional charge of 25 euros.

There is excellent wifi throughout the aparment, the beatiful terrace to enjoy your time is the real treat but also the big plasma TV screen with more than 100 channels in all languages, confortable King size beds in both rooms and two complete bahtrooms, I provide shower gel and shampoo and all normal amenities.

The apartment is cleaned and prepared for every guest by a professional cleaning service. Cleanliness is something which is very important to me when I am travelling.
Otros aspectos destacables
This is my home and I want you to feel at home. I rent the whole downstair part of the penthouse, that is the part that you see in the pictures. Upstair is my private part, none will there during your stay but I ask you not to go there as is my private part where I store my personal things, you have 120m2 and 45m2 of terrace downstairs only for you.
El edificio es muy silencioso, por lo cual no se permite hacer fiestas ni ruido, para no molestar a los vecinos, que son muy silenciosos. Si eres bullicioso y te gusta el ruido, por favor no vengas a mi casa!!!
Tengo una muy buena relación con los vecinos y quiero que se mantenga asi
asi que cualquier queja de los vecinos sobre ruidos o molestias es motivo de cancelación sin derecho a ningún reembolso.
1- Anytime you are not in the room please be sure to TURN OFF all lights, television, heating, AC, etc Spain has the highest rates for electricity costs in Europe.
2- We are a SMOKE FREE home, smoking only allowed in the terrace.
3- Absolutely NO VISITORS to our home.
4- Clear and concise communication is extremely important to me with your arrival and departure times.
Please be sure to let us know at least one week in advance when you are arriving so we may greet you with the spirit that has made us Superhost with so many 5 stars reviews.
5- No candles, no fire inside home, this is very important for your own safety.
El checking es despues de las 15.00h, el check out son las 10.00h pero puede acordarse un check out más tardio si es posible y de común acuerdo. La propiedad intentará en lo posible y si no hay reservas entrantes hacer un check out más tardio.
Los vecinos son muy responsables y silenciosos y tengo muy buena relación con ellos. No permiten ruido despues de las 22.00h, cualquier queja de los vecinos por molestias y ruido originará el fin de la reserva y la obligación de dejar la casa sin derecho a reembolso.
Se alquilan los 120m con 40 m de terraza de la parte de abajo de la casa, la parte de arriba es privada y se ruega abstenerse de subir.
El incumplimiento de esta norma origina el fin de la reserva.
The apartment can only be occupied by the persons registered and confirmed when the reservation was done. Only those persons have access to the apartment unless you have the owber's writen permission in advance.
Tenants must show respect for the neighbours and keep quiet between 22.00pm and 10.00 a.m. Residents of the building where the apartment is located have work schedules so loud music is not allowed at any time of day. If tenants fail to comply to these rules or the owner receives a complaint form a neighbour, tenants will be required to leave the apartment immediately being unable to stay the rest of the reserved days and with no right to refund.
