North facing self contained Studio set in established garden setting with Television, queen size bed, small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and bathroom. Easy access, private side entrance with French doors that open onto the garden. We are walking distance to village and bush walks.
A clean and comfortable studio that is completely separate from the main house, provides you with your own private accommodation.
The bathroom is modern with brand new fitting, shower and vanity. We provide shampoo, soap, towels, tissues, toilet paper and hair dryer.
A small fridge, kettle, tv, tea, coffee & sugar, toaster, jams, cutlery, wine glasses, microwave, cups, bowels, salt & pepper.
The Studio has a small table and two antique wooden grand chairs, A few books and some board games. There is also a nice 3 seat setting in the garden just outside of the studio.
There is a grey folder full of brochures and publications with information and general things to do in and around the local area.
The queen bed has an electric blanket fitted for your warmth during the cooler months of winter. There is a ceiling fan and a Rinnai heater available for your comfort.

Off street parking is available directly beside the studio and house. When traveling along the Great Western Highway turn into Hargraves St and left into the first bush driveway.
Access to your room is via a picket gateway. The key to the studio will be in the door.

We own a Cocker Spaniel affectionally called Truman and he is a gentle and loving boy. He greets new comers with lots of excited enthusiasm and is vocal.He is a great watch dog.
Once Trueman gets to know you, you will not know he is around.
Please treat our Studio as your would treat your own place. No smoking inside the studio, smoking is permitted outside using an ash tray.

Hello my name is Sharyn. I am employed by The Salvation Army as a Court Chaplain. I moved to the Blue Mountains two years ago from the Sutherland Shire and I am now enjoying a"Tree Change"
I live here with my daughter Samantha and two grandchildren who attend the local public school. We have a pet dog "Truman" the Cocker Spaniel.
We enjoy living here in the Blue Mountains with its changing seasons.
We have been overseas and visited a few places. One that we have returned to frequently over the years is Sri Lanka, where we have made real friends.
I enjoy sitting by the fire with a good cup of Tea!
