A charming, furnished, water-front apartment in the heart of the "borgo antico" of Nettuno overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Nettuno marina on one side and the main Piazza on the other.
Location location location!!!
The apartment has a large living area and kitchen, a small bathroom with shower, a bedroom and a balcony.
Water view from both the bedroom and the living room. On a clear day the Islands of Ponza and Palmerola are visible on the horizon directly in front of the house.
In the living room, there is a large comfy couch.
. . . in the bedroom there is a very comfortable queen-size bed (actually they're two single beds put together).
The kitchen is simple and practical - with a view of the town's principal church and piazza below.
You won't miss a single event!!

A recent reference:
"This was a second year we were renting this apartment. There is everything for living (as described in listing) and more. Location is unbeatable for someone who likes urban life in combination with natural beauty of the sea and who likes history which surrounds the medieval Borgo where the apartment is located . Views from windows and balcony are stunning.”
Our friend Loredana Gerardi will meet you when you arrive. She will let you in, give you keys and explain to you how certain things work.
Loredana was born in New York, moved Italy as a teenager and fell in love with a man from Nettuno. She's remained there the rest of her life.
Her brother Ronny, and his wife, Chiara also returned to Italy and run the Bar Tabacchi at Via Cavour 84. They can serve as a back-uo to Loredana in case of any emergency.
Not obligatory, but, we would appreciate it if you would consider leaving Loredana some gratuity when you leave.
