This is a lovely quaint Victorian house located in an historic part of old Dublin. The Phoenix park, Guinness Storehouse, The National Museum & Heuston station, among other attractions, are all within walking distance, as are the Luas and all main bus routes. O' Connell Street is 15 minutes by Luas. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe
I am in the process of modernising my new home but it looks nice, feels comfortable and cosy and I have everything I need in the heart of this vibrant city!
My house is a two bed terraced house in Dublin 7, in a safe and friendly housing estate. The downstairs is open plan and the kitchen has been newly renovated. The living space is a nice size for you to sit back and relax, watch T.V or read. There is a dining table beside the front window where you can work or dine. I like to have my morning coffee here and watch the city pass! The bathroom is downstairs too and has a toilet and electric shower. There is a little courtyard out the back with a washing line if you needed to wash clothes. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one single. Sometimes I will be home when guests are visiting and sometimes I will be away. Guests can always have access to the double room and if I am not here I can free up the single bed if you give me enough notice.
Disponible para huéspedes
There is a possibility of hosting more than 2 guests as I have a spare single bed room. This will increase the price. But please do not hesitate to ask.
There is free on street parking outside my house. If the space outside the door is gone you can park in other available spaces. Please be careful not to park too near the corners of any of the streets around the house because you will be clamped! But as long as you leave about a metre and a half from the corner you should be fine.
Atención a los huéspedes
Sometimes I will be staying in the house and in that case I will be here to meet you and let you in and help in any way I can throughout your stay.
Once you have booked I will arrange with you what time we can meet to give you the keys. If it arises that I am away during your stay (or you are renting out the entire house) I will arrange with you how to get the keys. NB If there is anything wrong or you need any information on the house or Dublin please let me know immediately. If I don't know I can usually find out!
Otros aspectos destacables
I will leave instructions with notes on how to turn the heating on, work the oven, the wifi code and any other important details. You will have my phone number also in case you need to ask me any questions about the house if I am not there.
I want guests to enjoy their visit to Dublin and to feel at home. I would ask that you treat my home with respect and please look after it well! Main wishes would be that guests do not smoke in the house and that you check that the gas cooker and heating are off when you leave the house. I would also ask guests to be mindful of safety and lock windows and doors when you leave.
Please respect my neighbours - no loud music or excessive noise!
Check in time: this will be arranged after you book
Check-out time: 11 a.m
Let me know if you have any queries or if I can help in any way.
Have a great time!
